The Villain’s Repentance

Lara was at rock bottom, feeling like a puppet whose strings had been cut. When she stumbled upon her husband and best friend in a compromising embrace, everything fell into place. The heartbreak stung, but it also ignited a fierce determination within her. Instead of wallowing in despair, fate intervened, giving her a second chance at life—waking her up ten years earlier, just before the chaos began. Armed with wisdom, she promised herself not to repeat the same mistakes. As she stood at the top of the stairs, her gaze fell on Lucas, her once-beloved fiancée. Regret washed over her; she couldn't believe she had almost let him slip away. This time, things would be different.

Chapter 59 - Bazaar 2

Sometime later, the Bazaar was fully operational, and Lara could see the difference clearly; it was fully congested, and she was beginning to worry about waiting around.

She braced herself and walked out of the eatery along with Lucas when they thought it fit.

They squeezed in between crowds and Lara was beginning to fully regret her actions, she should have just concluded her tour and left this place, yes it had muchore varieties of food and other things but that's all, sweaty bodies rubbing on her was not the way she wanted to end the day but it was her choice.

"We've seen enough, let's go back," Lucas said when he saw her uncomfortable expression. She quickly nodded her head in agreement, and they squeezed their way through, and finally, a cold breeze hit them, which made them sigh in relief.

They walked the rest of the way to the underground packing they had left their rental car in.
