18 The Fabulous Magazine

In her anger, Lilian was able to rip the cover with Luna's smiling face on it into two. Her actions were seen by fellow costumers and staff, leading to one of the staff members to notify the shop manager, who immediately grabbed the magazine from Lilian.

"What are you doing?! Do you know how much this magazine costs?! This magazine is getting sold out and you just ripped our last copy into two?!" The store manager scolded.

Hearing this enraged Lilian more. Getting sold out? That magazine has nothing on her up coming shoot. Looking around she could feel everybody's eyes on her. Realizing that the store manager had just humiliated her made her face burn red.

"Do you even know me?! I'm Lilian Cervantes?! You think that cheap thing will affect my account balance? Please! You want me to pay for that trash? Here!" Lilian fishes a one thousand peso bill and slapping it on the store manager's chest.

"Wait and see, when this day ends that bill will be your last from this store. Keep the change," she finishes with a glare at the store manager and pushes the people around her to walking out of the shop. Not in the mood to shop anymore she goes straight home to make a very important call.

~1 P.M.~

Taking small naps because you are tired are okay but taking a long nap because your husband is very naughty is not good.

Luna had already called in "sick" so that she could keep her remaining sanity safe. Lorenzo being home and not at work is also not helping! Her naughty husband even has the audacity to tease her.

Every time she looks at his direction, she couldn't help but blush. Hays! She is currently reading reviews on the magazine, so far so good! Critics deem it one of the best for this year and netizens are praising both Kevin and her for their excellent performance.

While scrolling on the internet, she stumbles upon a video of Lilian. The video was when Lilian was fighting with the store manager about the ripped up magazine. The caption read "Famous Model Gone Wild". Seeing the video made Luna's heart sad. Lilian was her best friend after all and seeing her true colors made Luna pity herself. 'How could I been so blind to her true colors'.

Not wanting to meddle with much more drama, Luna closes her laptop. Breathing a heavy sigh, she decides to go down to eat.

Taking an ice cream from the fridge, she passes by Lorenzo holding a copy of her magazine seated on the dining table chair. After taking the ice cream, she seats right across him. As no one was speaking, she took the liberty of starting the conversation, "What do you think about it?"

Lorenzo sighs and places the magazine down, "You look beautiful in the dress."

"That's all?"

"What do you want me to say? That you and Kevin look good together? Huh?! And that you guys are so cute together?" Lorenzo's gaze hardens making Luna laugh a bit.

"Kevin is just a co-worker,"

"I don't care! He was still able to hug you for the shot?!"

"So?"

"I'm hiring a bodyguard for you,"

"What?!"
