On a ship three people were battered and bruised. The dragged their limp bodies onto the railing of the stern. They looked back onto the dock with expectant eyes. In the distance they could see a small amalgamation of flesh and forest which looked extremely disgusting and terrifying.

The entire dock area was covered head to toe in this forest of flesh. The surrounding forest also began to experience some changes. The animals fled away from the area and those that didn't make it were swallowed into it becoming incorporated into it.

The trio slowly grit their teeth in anger and rage. They made a note of the man. They watched the events afterwards for a brief period of time before each went to their respective areas. The boat sailed adrift outside of the bay with a thin man at the helm.

Below deck. A young boy lay unconscious in a plain bed in an empty room. Only a compass and wallet lay quietly on the table. In a room adjacent to a girl was slowly unpacking storing and decorating her room with different charms and items. Her desk was filled with books and candles and incense.

On the dock…

The green eyed man smiled.

"Hey…Hey...Hey now don't be like that. You know my name Montego. after all, I'm the reason you got that promotion."

Montego looked up without fear and asked "Yara. Why are you here?".

Yara's green eyes flashed and he smiled. This time his grin expanded all the way past his cheek bone and looked extremely terrifying. His body began to morph and contort. In this process he uttered. His green eyes bulged and grew.

"I'll just tell your superior dumdum. I don't spill the beans to people I don't deem worthy. Unless you have a fig tree nearby I'm sorry but this is the end of our conversation boy"

In a dark hall somewhere...

A woman lay seating in a pool. The pool was shallow and was made of a non-reflective stone and the ceiling was dotted with stones that emitted a pulse of light. It glowed on her ethereal body illuminating her face. Her hands were in her face but slowly she looked up and faded away into dust.

Less than minute later the dock had returned to normal. Except there was a giant gash leading down the center of the dock all the way up the hill and slightly into the sea. The floor surrounding it was cracked and moist with an unknown sticky liquid.

Standing in the center of all this was a green eyed man with a tight grasp around someone's neck. His face was returning back to a humanoid shape when the dock area turned extremely dark in the evening hue and a bright moon hung in the sky. This moon was brighter and larger than the bishops by a large margin. The moonlight even seemed all too real and there are even small twinkles every so often.

The green eyed man looked towards a corner of the dock.

A woman walked out of the light cast by the moon. She wore the robes of an archbishop. They were large and cumbersome but they emphasized the weight they had to carry as a high ranking member of the church. The robes were almost an exact replica of the priest they were just a tad uglier.

His green eyes shifter his gaze back at Montego who lay limply in his grasp and dropped him on the floor and said something.

"Wherever there's shit there's flies" After saying this he walked towards the edge of the dock into the forest.

The woman whose eyes were completely black and her pupils which were half-moons looked at him as he walked away. She didn't utter a word or had any noticeable changes in expression. She then looked at the ship that was leaving out the dock. She took a step towards it ignoring the bishop who was a few meters away from her.

As her step was about to land a small gash appeared on the floor in front of her. She looked back towards the man. His green eyes flashed and her moons began glowing.

"Leave them. I don't want to get dragged into anymore of this scheme" He said no more and continued walking into the forest disappearing from sight.

The woman watched his action in contemplation. Her gaze returned to the ship which was a small dot in the sunset. No one could tell what she was thinking. She looked down at the scar on the floor and decided to leave them alone. She wondered who their backers must be to have the Aussie god Yara The Hunted protect them. She did not dwell on it but she did remember them.

The woman retracted her aura. She then slowly walked over towards the battered bishop. Montego looked at the woman's eyes and she looked at him with distain while caressing his cheek. She then got up and dragged his body across the floor. She took one more cautionary glance towards the tree line and waited. She then drew the symbols of a door way and walked into it along with the Montego.

A few figures had just arrived a few seconds earlier to see the last interaction between the archbishop and the mysterious man. They watched in surprise at her lack or retaliation. Curiously watching as Montego was carried by her into an illusory door.

A girls voice rang out. " what happened here?and was that Archbishop Revena? Who was that green dude he was kinda hot!"

An older woman standing in front of them massaged her temples and said

" Noah...Stell lets go back. We have no place being here."

The trio ran back the way they came in silence

Now out at sea....

It was dark. A ship lay adrift at sea. In a room above deck candle light flickered and the shadows of a trio looked at a map. They each looked like they were contemplating a destination. The girl in the groups eyes lit up and she turned to a boy beside her.

A girl with black hair spoke out. "Where do you think we should go Will?" the small boy looked toward her with a confused gaze.

"I don't know anything about the world…" the girl nodded but still didn't relent and continued to ask him where they should go. Getting an idea, the boy ran out of the room. When he returned he held a small compass. He slowly opened it and its pointer whirred to life and began pointing northwards.

The lanky male looked intrigued and so did the girl. The boy held his hands above the compass and his golden eyes began to glow. The compass pointer then whirred to life again and then began pointing towards a large island in the shape of a boot.

The lanky man exclaimed. "Rima? Apathy that will take us a month. We only have enough supplies for 3 weeks" he again seemed to break out of his timidity although briefly.

Apathy looked at Will who gazed back at her. She then pointed to Will.

"It's not my decision Davie he's the captain." Davie looked down at the golden boy Will and wondered what kind of spell he had over her. Will gazed back and let out a childlike grin.

"Were going to go on an adventure! We'll travel the world and meet as many people as we can. Make new friends on the way! And become the strongest witches!"

Apathy raised her fist and shouted "Aye Captain!"

"Aye Captain" the lanky man joined in although reluctantly. He then began charting their course.

Apathy however stopped him. Davie I have something for you. She pulled out the item, a charm that seemed to be ring with a small ocean pearl. She told Davie to follow her. He did as he was told.

That night a shanty sailor was born. The stars and moon twinkled. The waves of the ocean grew turbulent. The ship began sailing Westwards towards Rima the Kingdom of light.

This marked the beginning of a world changing journey. A story that will be echoed throughout the ages. The story of one unlucky Kidd.

The present…

In a forest. A girl lay still on the bark of a tree. She flicked a lighter open and a small flame came out slightly illuminating her face. She repeated this action for a long time. Her plum hair glowed ethereally in the night. Her silver eyes constantly glowed and dimmed in the flames.

Suddenly she looked to her left , there was a cliff. Below the cliff was a large coastal city. It glowed with life and lights flickered in and out and it reflected on the cold blue waters that surround it.

She stared at the extremely large port. Even now large ships sailed in and out. She muttered.

"Costiago City of Dreams"

She slowly rose to her feet and sat at the edge of the cliff. On the dark road below her she could see a small caravan heading into the city. She emotionlessly smiled. She slowly leaped off the cliff into a swan dive. As she hit the ground she rolled and began sprinting towards the caravan.

Inside a carriage Belle looked outside her window. She saw a large coastal city. She had finally made it to the coast. She was snapped out of her thoughts by glint at the edge of her vision. She looked upwards and saw a small object falling below the tree line. She returned her gaze to the book that sat in front of her. She began chanting and slowly objects around her began to levitate and spin around her.

A few minutes later belle turned towards the window. She felt something strange. Immediately after a figure broke through the glass and landed on the seat opposite her causing the carriage to slightly tumble and the driver to wake up from his nap. He looked around confused but found nothing wrong after that moment. He slowly drifted back to slumber.

Belle had already chanted and an array of sharp objects pointed towards the figure. Belle whose ritual dagger spun around her fingers constantly waited for the intruder to face her. The intruder turned to face her and was ready to attack. She pounced.

Belles dagger immediately shot forward stopping her in her tracks. The girl's sharp nails were mere centimeters away from Belle's throat. Belle was about to open her mouth and ask who she was but then she began to stutter. The light above her head had finally given her a clear view of who was in front of her.

"Planchette?" The attacker's foggy eyes cleared and began to show a bit of emotion.

"Belle?"
