Out of Control Dragon

The six dragon rider's lined up infront of Stoic and Gobber. All of them had a nervous expression. the dragon's were also inside the cages behind them.

"You all disobeyed my orders. You didn't lock up any of the dragon. Things have tk change around here. What I want to say is-"

"Your getting a dragon training academy!!!!" Gobber cut off Stoic in the middle of his speech with a happy face.

"Gobber, I wanted to say that!"

"Oh, sorry... but you can tell them how proud you are of them!!"

"GOBBER!!"

"Sorry again.."

All six of the riders were feeling incredibly happy at that price of news. They weren't here to get punished, but instead, to get a reward? Stoic pushed a lever, and the metal gate with the dragons opened. All of them ran to their respective riders.

" I missed you so much Stormfly!"

"Hookfang~!!"

"Barf, Belch!"

"My Meatlug~~!"

"Hey, bud..!"

All the Vikings started cheering, but that crazy old man from before had left in anger. Glade was also feeling happy for some reason. Perhaps it's because Hiccup was happy, and Valka would love to see that he inherited his mother's love for dragons.

Rrraawwrrr~~~!!!

He couldn't help but let out his own roar right above the arena. the different roar caught everyone's attention.

"It's the Nightfury from before! It was there all along?!" Astrid looked up towards Glade.

'I guess it's time to get out of here....' He zoomed towards the rock mountain, while all the eyes followed him.

Stoic was equally surprised. Another nightfury was watching the entire thing and they had no idea about it! On the other hand, Hiccup was feeling like he wanted to meet that Nightfury. For Toothless's sake.

Three days later.

'Things are getting a bit boring around here.' Glade was laying on the rock mountain with his head on the ground and his wings spread out.

Ever since the dragons and Vikings got along, nothing intrestings been happening. The only thing he could look forward to were catching fish and secretly flying with Toothless and Hiccup when they were training or searching for new islands and dragons.

Other than that, it's been really calm lately.

'I wish something different would happen around here. Maybe, it's finally time to show myself in public openly. Yeah.' He got up and looked down at the village.

He spotted Toothless in the crowd behind Hiccup, who was talking to Gobber. Glade jumped off the edge of the tall rock mountain, and easily glided down just behind Toothless.

"Hey, Toothless good to see you again."

"Huh... WHA- You surprised me. What are you doing here."

"You don't sound all that surprised to see another Nightfury."

"Well, what are you here for." Toothless dodged the question right off the bat

"Don't you think it's been way too calm? It's boring. I can't even play with the animals since they're so scared of me." Glade had attempted to bring a sheep to the rock mountain to talk, but it completely froze up and he had to take it back. It wasn't very fun at all.

"You took a sheep? Well, if you're that bored, you can walk around with us for a while." Toothless was surprisingly chill. Glade had to admit, he was really easy to get along with.

"Gobber? What's wrong?" Hiccup was confused when Gobber suddenly stopped talking in the middle of his sentence.

"Slowly, turn around...!" Gobber was whispering, and Hiccup did as he said, and turned around.

It wasn't an exaggeration to say that he had the biggest flinch of his life. There was another Nightfury right next to Toothless. He didn't know how to react! They seemed to get along but the Nightfury was still a wild Nightfury.

"A-alright, bud... " Hiccup scooted closer to Glade. Then, he slowly stuck out his hand.

"Hey, Toothless, what's Hiccup doing?" Glade really was confused. Hiccup closed his eyes and stuck out his hand towards him. It looked really strange.

"He wants you to put your nose under his hand, like this." Unlike Hiccups expectation, the Nightfury that he saw when he opened his eyes, was Toothless instead!

"Why though?"

"Because it feels nice."

'I guess it did feel nice when Valka pet me before... But... Whatever, it's fine.' Toothless moved his head away, and Glade put Hiccups hand on his head.

"Y'know.. your quite friendly for a wild Nightfury."

"AHEM- About my job now..." Gobber was watching from the background, and then interrupted the moment.

"Oh! Yes! Sorry about that, Gobber." Hiccup snapped out of his 'Dragon Taming' phase, and talked to Gobber again.

Glade was still standing there, and Hiccup looked busy.

"Hey, Toothless are there any fun things to do here?" He was still bored out of his mind.

"Yeah! Let me show you!" Toothless ran around the place, and Glade followed right behind him. Unexpectedly, he ended up at the arena. The gate was open too although the arena was empty.

"What are we doing in the arena?"

"Oh.. I though Hookfang might be in here. I guess not though"

"By the way, I wanted to ask. What's up with your tail. It looks wierd." Such a flimsy tail, and it came back after Glade had burned it.

"I only have half a tail since I got shot down, but Hiccup made me a new one so I can fly when he needs a ride." Toothless brought his tail around and flapped the half he still had.

"Sounds pretty rough." The tail was a crucial point in controlling speed and stability, but he could still fly slightly. Even Glade understood how important the tail was.

In Internet distance, he heard something from the middle of the village.

"Hurry!! Run away!!!"

"The dragons out of control!!!!"

"Toothless, I think somethings wrong!" Glade heard the screams clearer than Toothless, but they both did hear it.

Toothless rushed on the ground, while Glade dashed out in the sky. He got to the problem quicker than Toothless, and saw the Monstrous Nightmare, that had set itself on fire. It blew burning flames onto the building around it.
