'No I didn't think you would just hand it over to me.'

'At first I thought you must have worn that astral stone as some jewelry on your body but now that I have a good look at it, it is part of your existence, you are drawing your power from him, may I ask what are you, I have never seen astral stone embedded in any beast' I asked curiously.

'You have seen astral stone before but not beast, which means they are not alive, where is that astral stone now?' He asked me.

'Didn't I make it clear before; I will be the only one asking question.' I said staring at him.

'I have heard enough of your nonsense, I think I will have to beat some sense into you and make you talk.' he roared and charged toward me.

He released the full force of his beastly aura to suppress me thinking I would pass out or realize my situation but even if a Z ranked beast do the same thing it was not enough to budge me from my place.

Just from the release of his aura the entire environment of city has become suffocating which I didn't quite like. I released my own aura to counter his and the pressure disappeared.

Then at the speed eye couldn't follow in my current humanoid form I disappeared from my place using only pure strength because I couldn't use my void abilities and reappeared below the beast chin. I punched him with full force of my fist and he was thrown out of the roof of the castle and crashed outside in the garden.

Once again with a simple jump I reappeared outside the castle in front of beast. All the natives were gathered at the other end of the city as I have instructed to pang (The scorpion leader) and I could hear their gasp and look of astonishment in their eyes.

The thing of which they were so afraid of was struggling to stand up after receiving only one punch.

He once again looked at me but his gaze was different this time. It was not like he was looking at some puny bug but a mountain he cannot overcome.

'Now ready to talk?' I asked him.

'Make me.' His eyes burned redder I could see his astral stone shining more brightly and his power rising more and more reaching almost the middle stage of X rank.

I shook my head in pity he don't understand the power gap between us witnessing it firsthand. It showed his inexperience because beast had natural born instinct to sense threat, but from his behavior he hadn't encountered much of outside or living here has made him instincts dull.

With a wave of my hand a giant portal swallowed all the natives standing at the edge of the city and brought them on the surface of the planet where I would be dealing with the beast. I didn't want to destroy their city.

I dodged the two incoming fist surrounded with red aura and manifested two huge 10 meter red hands using my own aura and grabbed the beast by his throat.

The aura which I was using was not ability but my own strength which was suppressed in my humanoid form. The dragon when in their humanoid form could manifest their suppressed strength outside their body with the help of surrounding mana. Therefore it was once innate talent rather than ability.

By infusing more and more strength in my muscle the aura around my hand solidified more. By grabbing the beast's throat with one aura hand I rotated him 360 degree before throwing him in the sky and he broke through to the celling of the city and landed on the surface of the planet. He was continuously trying to break free from the aura hand but couldn't do so because my aura was stronger then him.

I followed him on the surface and not even few seconds have gone by and he once again charged in my direction, his hands were regenerating at visible pace and the stone in his head was shining more brightly.

I was curious if I push him some more will he be able to break through to the Z rank but the thought left my mind instantly. The wall between X rank and Z rank cannot be overcome by the help of some stone and his power up was mostly temporary.

His fist was about to collide with me but I concealed my presence and dodged his attack. I stopped thousand meters away from him.

At first I had some expectation of him, hearing the details of his strength from natives but even my abilities concealed I can take down tens of him.

'Stop hiding like a rat.' He roared and once again charged in my direction sensing my presence but I was feeling bored so I thought of a way to make the fight little interesting.

I opened the space pocket and summoned Demion who was still frozen in the purple runic spell [Quick seal]. I unsealed him and by the appearance of one more person like me the beast became confused what I was thinking of doing.

"You summoned me, my lord?" He asked.

"Yes, I haven't seen you fight against an X ranked beast before and wanted to assess your skill before our fight with king." I asked him but my motives behind releasing him here was something else.

'One more puny bug like you won't make any difference.' While nearing us the Beast named Theris spoke to both of us, he must have thought that I had summoned demion to help me fight him because he was too tough for me to handle.

"Oh and don't use any abilities i just want to see your sword skills, Imagine this beast as if he is a first leader, pour out all your desire, hatred let tower know your intention." I finished speaking and disappeared from my place to join the natives of this land, the show was about to begin.

'Lord, what is happening?' The Snake clan leader asked me why I was here instead of fighting there god.

'Your god or should I say the beast who was fooling you is not worthy to fight me, so my apostle will deal with him.' I said and they had delighted expression on their faces.

'Don't kill him; just incapacitate him, I need to ask him some question.' I said to demion to which he nodded.
