Seven painstaking hours had elapsed, yet Yagami had only managed to capture one prey. Frustration gnawed at him as he contemplated his meager haul. Amidst the chaos, he stumbled upon the practice room, where a monstrous bear-like creature, cloaked in dark matter, loomed menacingly.

Before he could react, the beast sensed his presence and unleashed a devastating attack, conjuring a fiery orb with C1 magic. But just as the flames hurtled towards him, a mysterious figure intervened, deflecting the onslaught with ease. With a sly grin, he addressed the bewildered Yagami, taunting the beast for its folly in revealing its chi and divulging its location.

Enraged, the beast unleashed a formidable aura, but the stranger remained unfazed, soaring into the sky with arrogant swagger. With a flourish, he invoked H2 magic, conjuring six ice spikes charged with potent chi. With lightning speed, he launched the frozen projectiles towards the beast, piercing through its defenses with lethal precision.

As the creature fell, lifeless, Yagami trembled in shock, his mind reeling from the display of power before him. Desperation gripped him as he pleaded for mercy, his voice trembling with fear and sorrow. His pleas fell on deaf ears until, with a heavy heart, the stranger revealed his inability to save Yagami's parents.
