Zarra and Dracule had begun their own process of rising to a powerful position in this new world truly ruled by strength, however their might was nowhere near the might of the Forces beginning to stir from their solitude.

Vampires were starting to show themselves again, not just those of the Aries clan but the other branches began to appear causing terror wherever they went. Bounties were being put up by any that survived but there were those who would abuse this opportunity.

In the Dark castle you could see a few corpses hanging from pikes, these corpses only shared one feature the elongated canines marking them as Vampires.

"Have you made the poster yet" demanded the Large Knight sitting in his throne.

"My Lord, they are being sent out now as we speak. We should have no trouble's finding his whereabouts with the amount you have offered as a reward for any information on the Target" explained a kneeling Knight who was noticeably frightened by his Lord's demonic image.

This Lord had even begun to affect those around him revealing more Sinister Knight Classes, many of this Knight's comrades had undergone a transformation one of them even becoming a Skeletal Knight.

"This pleases me immensely. You shall be rewarded handsomely for you efforts" laughed the Dark Knight his voice booming throughout the castle causing those who heard it to shiver.

Far away into the North, Warren and his new trainees had set their settlement using the cold to build a firmer will, among the snow your could see a bright eyed youth swinging a large cleaver and staining the snow with blood causing a wondrous scene as some of the blood froze in the air. Soon however the dance stopped and the youth began dragging a larger than average wolf to the settlement.

At the gates Warren waited for this youth.

"Marcus, I see that you have succeeded in your training" stated the Old Knight looking at the flawless skin that showed no trace of frostbite.

"I am indeed acclimated to this environment Master Knight" stated Marcus coldly.

"Excellent, I think it has been long enough. I want you to begin routinely leading small parties of Knights to run bounties. With no natural resources here to make use of we must find other ways to remain here, do you understand" asked Warren as he looked at Marcus fondly.

"Yes Master Knight" answered Marcus

The old Knight nodded before turning his back and saying no more.

In the Grasslands a familiar duo could be seen killing a small tribe of Goblins.

"Sylvie to your left, user" shouted Winter as she drove an ice spike through the sternum of another goblin.

"Sylvie's on it" stated the girl as her form took on a fiery figure and she sprouted a demonic crimson tail and wings as horns sprung from her head.

"Nether Flame Slash" cried the girl hoping to counter the Goblin User but surprisingly the little mongrel managed to counter swing with one of his own.

Sylvie growled viciously as she began to rapidly slash at the pest casting fire with every swing but still somehow the monster was able to keep up showing that it's level was nothing to scoff at.

"Sylvie want's you to stand still" grunted the blank faced girl as she kept swinging.

However before the girl could make another swing she felt something hit her head before her vision went dark.

"Sylvie" cried Winter as she froze the little bastard running a spike through it's head.

Quickly she rushed to the girl's side and cradled her head that was bleeding from the odd attack.

However while the girl slept she saw things she hadn't thought about in a long time, her days in the orphanage. It was their that she had met Winter, her beloved sister but for some reason she couldn't help but recall a boy that she had always stuck with before that. A pale skinned boy with dark hair and long canines.

'Enchanter? Why am I remembering him when looking at this child. What was his name' contemplated the girl as more and more memories began to appear before her from those days.

The more she watched the more of an understanding she began to develop however before she could see more she woke up.

Staring with a concerned look was Winter however Sylvie didn't feel warm inside like she used to.

"Sister, Sylvie had a dream just now" started the Demon slayer.

"Oh I hope it was pleasant" smiled Winter

"Sister, Sylvie remembered a boy she would play with before meeting sister" explained Sylvie causing Winter to tense for a moment.

"A boy, I wonder who it could be" stated Winter avoiding the unasked question.

"Sister, Sylvie remembers why she stopped playing with the boy. Sister said the boy was a monster and that Sylvie would be punished if she played with him" continued Sylvie as a cruel look crossed the girl's eyes.

"Sylvie are you sure your okay, that hit may have rattled your brain a bit" started Winter but her hand was smacked away when Sylvie stood up and grabbed the handle of her sword.

"Sylvie wants to know sister, what was that boy's name" demanded the Demon Slayer causing the Ice mage to freeze on the spot before a resigned look appeared on Winter's face.

"Draig" answered Winter causing Sylvie to falter with her sword as she began to remember more again.

"Why" asked the blank faced Demon slayer as her face began to distort and crinkle as the memories kept flowing into her head.

"He is a monster and a mongrel, he wasn't meant to be around normal people like us Sylvie" started Winter but the Demon Slayer swung her sword at Winter forcing her to dodge.

"The what about Sylvie, sister. Is Sylvie a monster too, she is like Draig now. A monster with a class" asked the girl as she tried to suppress the tears that begged to fall.

"Your not a monster Sylvie, you possess a monster class. You and him are nothing alike" explained Winter pathetically.

"Sylvie is the same, Draig is people too. Sylvie bleeds red, Draig bleeds red." stated the blank faced Swords woman.

"Sylvie, I get what your saying but that doesn't make you like him." explained Winter but she was cut off by the unbreakable voice of Sylvie.

"Sylvie want's to find him, she will go without you" stated the Demon Slayer walking out of the camp saying nothing causing Winter to chase after her quickly to try and dissuade her but nothing seemed to pause the Demon Slayer.

"Sylvie why is it so important to find that bastard" demanded Winter but she was met with a full swing by the flat of Sylvie's sword.

"Sylvie doesn't wish to travel with Winter" stated Sylvie causing Winter to cringe at the use of her actual name before her words set in.

"Sylvie wait, please. I'm sorry, we can look for the Vampire but please just tell me why" asked Winter.

"Winter wouldn't know, she has no experience" stated Sylvie causing the Ice mage to widen her eyes as that was a phrase that was only used when she was being teased by the girl in front of her.

"No....." whispered Winter as her eyes seemed to become dull.

"NO, think about it Sylvie is it really worth it. He has met you in person and didn't even remember you" started Winter but Sylvie interjected.

"Sylvie forgot too, she think's it will be fine" answered the Demon Slayer.

"What if it doesn't go as planned" asked Winter trying to talk the girl out of it.

"Then Sylvie will beat Draig up" answered the girl refusing to turn back

'Beat..... him... up' thought the Ice mage with a horrified look.
