76 Goku vs Jackie Chun

"Teacher, I lost..." Nam said with disappointedly.

"It's fine, you fought great. I saw your fighting techniques improve! Besides, you still haven't learned to use energy attacks, otherwise, you might not have lost." Kalan comforted Nam.

"It seems I've really underestimated you..." Jackie Chun mumbled as he walked past Kalan.

"Hey old man, didn't you say there's always a mountain beyond a mountain?" Kalan rolled his eyes and said.

"What?? I don't know who you're talking about." Jackie Chun showed a slightly surprised face before pretending to have no idea what Kalan meant.

"I can sense Ki." Kalan said succinct. He could recognize people by their Ki signatures, it was impossible for Master Roshi to pretend with that fact.

"Ahahaha! Young man, I hope you can keep my secret." Jackie Chun laughed awkwardly with an anxious look.

"Don't worry, I still want to fight you." Kalan said.

"Kalan, you know Jackie Chun?" Goku asked curiously.

"Nope, but I know a secret of his." Kalan said.

"Oh! Tell me, tell me!" Goku asked with curiosity, making Jackie Chun who was walking away almost trip.

"You'll know once you beat him." Kalan said as he did not intend to reveal it yet.

The next fight was Goku vs Giran. It was quite a simple match, Goku beat up Giran in a few punches and made him hurriedly forfeit lest he wanted to continue get pummeled.

The third match was Kalan vs Ranfan.

"Hey, handsome." Ranfan flirted, she winked and blew a kiss.

"Hey, cutie." Kalan winked back.

"You don't mind if I win, right?" Ranfan walked up to Kalan while shaking her hips.

"Only if you have the ability." Kalan smirked.

"Then it seems I have to use that." Ranfan said at stripped down to her underwear.

"So, what are you here for?" Kalan asked speechlessly. They were in the WMA to fight or strip?

"Naturally for the prize money." Ranfan said and wrapped her arms around Kalan's neck.

*Pa* Kalan blocked Ranfan's sneaky knee kick with his palm.

"That's not so nice right?" Kalan said.

"Ah?!" Ranfan did not expect her sneak attack to fail.

"You bitch! Get the hell away from my boyfriend!!!" Bulma shouted angrily from the audience stand while holding Oolong in a headlock and hammering his head.

"You're pretty strong, wanna join my dojo?" Kalan asked and flung her out the stage.

"Winner Kalan!" The announcer said.

"Eh? It couldn't be you've fallen for me?" Ranfan asked conceitedly.

"Nah, I just think we need a cook in my dojo. You see, no one really knows how to cook." Kalan said. The dojo members really didn't know how to cook, he always had to go to the cities to eat delicious food. She was pretty strong for a girl with a battle power of around 80, Nam had a battle power of 95 when Kalan recruited him. Both were quite talented, as such Kalan thought it wouldn't be a bad idea to recruit her. He would get a cook and a new member at the same time.

"Besides, my girlfriend is cuter." Kalan said and pointed at Bulma.

Bulma upon hearing Kalan, smiled proudly.

"Tch, so lucky." Jackie Chun envied Kalan, he had very much wanted to be paired up with Ranfan and have her hug him in her underwear.

The forth match began, Yamcha vs Krillin.

The fight started out quite evenly. Krillin was stronger than Yamcha, but lacked fighting experience as such they fought evenly for awhile. But slowly the fight tilted toward Krillin's favor as he got more experienced in the fight. Utilizing his greater strength, Krillin finally defeated Yamcha.

The quarter finals were Goku vs Jackie Chun and Kalan vs Krillin.

Jackie Chun was still tired from his fight against Nam, so Kalan offered to fight first, Krillin didn't mind either, so after a 10 minutes break, the fight started.

"I guess I have no hope of winning, huh?" Krillin said, since he got to know Nam was Kalan's student. How strong would Kalan be? The match between Nam and Jackie Chun had been at such high speed, he could not follow most of it.

"That's right, I intend to win the championship again." Kalan smiled.

Kalan dodged Krillin's barrage of fists and kicks with ease, he simply flicked his finger at Krillin's forehead once and sent him flying.

*Bang* Krillin crashed into the wall and broke it apart.

"Ow-ow-ow!!" Krilling shouted in pain as he rubbed his forehead. The crash into the wall didn't hurt as much as Kalan's finger flick.

"I give up." Krillin forfeited, he knew he wasn't even close to be a match, that finger flick something he couldn't defend against, if he were to receive a punch? He would be knocked out.

Jackie Chun had recovered much more by now and was ready for his fight. Goku and Jackie Chun stepped on the stage.

Jackie Chun tried to end the fight quick in order to save his energy for the final match against Kalan. After exchanging a few strikes, Jackie Chun managed to kick Goku out of the stage. But Goku called his Flying Nimbus before falling to the ground and rode back to the stage . The cloud of his was not allowed, but they made an exception due to it's mysterious existence.

Jackie Chun then hypnotized Goku into sleeping. He also hurried the announcer to count, although greatly disappointing the crowd by his lowly actions. The announcer counts from 1 to 10, when he reaches the count of 10, Jackie Chun would win. Yamcha, Oolong, Puar, Bulma and Krillin all tried their best to wake Goku with their shouts. By the time the announcer counted to 9, Bulma thought of an idea and shouted out.

"Goku it's time to eat!!" Bulma yelled.

"Where, where? Where's the food?!" Goku hurriedly jumped up and ran around the stage looking for food.

"Food! Food!" Goku continued searching for food.

"Th-That's ridiculous!!" Jackie Chun's eyes popped out, he stared at Goku in disbelief.
