Chapter 69. Evidence

Sir.Igor finally meets with his master, General Gregory Grosvenor.

General Gregory shocks when he sees Sir.Igor full of wounds.

Gregory says, "Oh My God!!, Igor, what happened to you?!!"

Igor replies, "My apologizes that I have to show myself like this, master. As you witness that these wounds had coloured my entire body. Let me explain the reason why, master. The cause is that I got attacked by an assassin."

General Gregory, Detective Yusupov and Inspector Yaroslav surprised and says, "WHAT?!!"

General Gregory then says, "An assassin?"

Sir.Igor replies, "Yes, this assassin is also the same assassin who murdered Mrs.Varvara."

Gregory says, "Oh My."

Detective Yusupov says, "Are you sure?"

Igor nods.

Inspector Yaroslav says, "I'm sorry, but I don't believe you."

Igor then replies, "No, its true, what I said is the truth."

Inspector Yaroslav says, "Do you have any evidence of what you're saying?"

Igor replies, "My wounds here are the evidence that I got attacked by an assassin."

Inspector Yaroslav says, "Probably you fall down the stairs or even other accident, because I had interrogated all the staffs here, they said that there are no assassins here. Don't you dare fool us!!"

Igor then says out loud, "I'm not fooling you all, what I said is the truth!!"

General Gregory then says, "Detective, Inspector, I believed in his words, because I had known him for so long, he had served in this mansion for a very long time and he had always done a good work and he never lies, even when my wife was still alive, my wife admitted that my butler here could be trusted, he is a honest and a good man."

Igor says, "Master....."

Inspector Yaroslav says, "Is that so?, alright then, tell me about the incident of the former headmaid's death at first. And don't lie about it!!"

Igor nods and then replies, "Alright, I'll speak the truth."

After that, Sir.Igor tells the story of the incident of Mrs.Varvara's death.

As Sir.Igor finished the story, Inspector Yaroslav says, "Alright, I believe you for now."

But then, Detective Yusupov says, "If there is an assassin in here, it means this mansion is in danger. In addition, our majesty the prince is also here. We can't let the Tsar's son in danger.

Yaroslav, order all the officers to patrol in every corner of the mansion. We will catch this assassin right here and now."

Inspector Yaroslav nods and then he orders eighteen of the officers to patrol all around the mansion in every floor.

He screams, "OFFICERS, CHECK ALL OF THE SURROUNDINGS IN THIS MANSION AND REPORT TO US IMMEDIATELY IF YOU FIND ANYTHING OR ANYONE SUSPICIOUS !!!!!"

And he orders two officers to guard all the noble guests inside the ballroom.

Detective Yusupov then says towards all the noble guests, "EVERYONE, CALM DOWN AND STAY IN HERE FOR A MOMENT, BECAUSE IT TURNS OUT THERE IS AN ASSASSIN INSIDE THIS MANSION!!"

Then, everyone feel worried.

After that, one of the nobles says, "That's the more reason we have to leave this place!!"

Then, the nobles starts to complain.

Detective Yusupov and Inspector Yaroslav can't handle the complaints.

After that, Prince Alexey suddenly came in front of all the nobles and he says, "Everyone stay calm, I believe that the detective, inspector and the officers. Do not worry, I'm here, to those who wants to hurt my people will be punished by death!!, I PRINCE ALEXEY NIVOSTLEIN AS THE NEXT TSAR (KING) OF RUSSIA WILL PROTECT ALL OF YOU, MY BELOVED PEOPLE !!!!!"

Then all the noble guest starts to calm down and says, "Your majesty's words are true, with the prince in our side, we are safe!!"

Everyone then cheers and feel relieved.

Detective Yusupov says, "Thank you, your majesty."

Prince Alexey then smiles and nods.

After that, Detective Yusupov says towards Inspector Yaroslav, "Yaroslav, lets check around the mansion as well."

Inspector Yaroslav nods.

Then, Detective Yusupov and Inspector Yaroslav leave the ballroom and begin to investigate around the mansion.
