Chapter 169: Wedding

A make-up artist went to work doing everyone's make-up. Ariana had asked for a nude look. She didn't want to wear too much because she knew that Carter loved her the way she was. She didn't need a ton of make-up to feel pretty on their day. Rosalyn giggled beside her in her silk robe and Mia was busy twirling back and forth in her flower girl dress.

"I can't believe you're marrying Carter Anderson." Rosalyn laughed and Ariana rolled her eyes.

"I feel like I should be the one saying that." Ariana's mother interrupted them and walked into the room, causing Ariana to leap up from the chair and run to hug her.

"Mom!" Ariana squealed and wrapped her arms around her mother.

"Hey, sweety. I'm so excited for you two." Her mother giggled and pulled her away to look her over. "Look at you. Now, go get in that chair so we can finish getting you all ready for that handsome man at the end of that aisle."
