The patient

I was looking at him in astonishment. I tried to free my hand from him, but I could not. He took hold of my hand firmly. During this tussling, I laid eyes on his wrist, which was severely injured. I was terrified by the situation because I did not want to be caught. The man was constantly screaming.

“Help me; I am dying. They will kill me."
