Chapter 60

(A/N Notes: I'm thinking of saying that this story is complete by this point, because honestly, I'm having trouble coming up with chapters, and I feel like that if I try to keep forcing new chapters, only bad stuff will happen eventually (quality-wise) in the story

So for the sake of this story, I'm thinking of releasing one more chapter and call it the epilogue, try to tie any loose ends, that I deem necessary and end this story

I might come back to this story in the future, or even try to make a "sequel" with the characters here appearing from time to time. I don't know, only time will tell, so this story will be finished by the next chapter, and hopefully, I will manage to get the other stories on track and moving)

Yuriko was looking at Takeru who was still wearing his kitsune mask as he hugged his knees and looked at the wall on a corner of his apartment, and she could clearly see that pretty depressed

Takeru deeply inhaled and looked at his friends who were frozen in shock, then he nodded at seeing their conditions, and then he turned and ran away with all his might

Then she saw him hiding his face with both hands, to which she approached him again and this time grabbed his arms to force him to stop covering his face, and again she won on the match of strength. And without any way of hiding his face anymore, Yuriko was able to see the extremely cute blushing and really embarrassed face of Takeru, with a few tears forming on both of his eyes

Yuriko wasn't able to endure the amount of cuteness she was seeing that she felt like dying of cuteness overload. Yuriko pampered Takeru a lot after that

Some days later

"Happy birthday, Takeru"

Today was Takeru birthday, and since it was a weekday, only Yuriko was commemorating it with him inside his apartment

"Thank you, Yuriko"

"It's my pleasure to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. Also, here. For you"

"A present? Thank you, Yuriko"

Takeru opened the package and saw that it was a pair of old and lame looking glasses

"... Those guys told you about me linking these designs of glasses and my fetish for girls wearing glasses didn't they?"

Yuriko looked away as she herself was wearing glasses with fake lenses

Takeru then tried the glasses Yuriko gave to him

"... Yeah, I will need to go change the lenses"

But before he could put his previous glasses back on, Yuriko picked it before him and tried it

He turned and looked at Yuriko while proudly wearing a kitsune mask

Hiraku pointed at Takeru who was seating on an armchair while looking as if he had lost a fight after giving his all

"... I thought so he would end up like that"

Yuriko approached Takeru and asked him

"Are you okay?"

"No... I just remembered bad memories..."

"... Is that so? For me, that mask makes me remember that one time you looked really cute"

"... Come here, I'll pamper you a lot today as well"

Yuriko hugged Takeru in a way that his face was buried in her chest

"... I will go tell Yukiko-nee and Yumiko-nee that you two will be busy being normies"

Yuriko's and Takeru's children were already used with the two being lovey-dovey with each other, so they usually went outside so that they wouldn't have to see their parents making out
