Family Dinner And Mana Core

<Willow POV>

When I walked into the dining hall, everyone was already seated; everyone had arrived earlier than me because their rooms were closer to the dining hall in the middle area of the mansion, whereas mine was in the western section of this huge mansion.

Though I could not see Annie I just assumed she would probably eat in her room.

Count Ronald's sat, on the right chair on the head side of the table, and Countess Elaine sat in the left chair beside him.

On the Counts side Anastasia was sitting looking into nothingness with her hazy blue eyes and her wavy dirt blonde hair tied up in a ponytail by a ribbon, I made my way and sat besides her.

She then looked my way, I casted my gaze towards the family members I have yet to meet.

*stare*

Haylen Ophelia(22) is the Ophelia family's first child and the son of Elaine and Ronald. He has attractive silver hair like his father and a pair of deep blue eyes. He looks like a youth in his early 20s.

His affinity is the light element with high healing and manifestation attribute.

He is one of the chiefs of the Royal hospital in the capital, he has been working there since seventeen and rather than going to any academy he chose to work and specialise there.

*stare*

Charlie Ophelia(18) is the Ophelia family's second son and just like Haylen is the son of Elaine and Ronald. Similar to his mother, he has dark brown hair and crimson eyes with a barely visible golden circle within them.

He is currently a Second year student at the Zenith World academy,

An academy with 8 branches in all over the Terra in different continents and location. In the Armonith continent where the Aureate Kingdom and Ophel county is the Zenith World academy is near the borders of this Kingdom.

*stare*

Primrose sat beside Charlie her light brown hair properly done in a loop braid. Dark circles were present beneath her light blue eyes, she still seemed a bit down but flashed a small smile when she found my gaze.

She was still only 15 so there was two years before she will also take the entrance examination for Zenith World academy.

*stare*

"Haizz.." I finally once again turned my gaze towards Anastasia who has been staring at me again, Jade green eyes meet icy clear blue eyes.

"Do you need anything Sister Anastasia?" She shakes her head and continues to look at me and thus the greatest staring competition in the history starts.

Which was broken by the the servants bringing the food in the dining hall. The dinner was an array of mouth- watering foods, I ate with proper elegant taught learnt from Willow's memory.

"Do you plan on forming a pure healing element core, Willow?" I was caught of guard by the counts sudden question but I replied with a nod "Yes, But I plan on forming a combination Mana core of Water and healing element." I replied in a gentle tone.

As I had a high chance of awakening the healing element I had did some research on aspects of the healing elements and what all element it is compatible with and water happens to be one of them.

'Though I have no plan on forming a Combination Mana Core.' I thought inwardly.

"I see.." the Count pondered for a few seconds then spoke "The Royal family to be specific the King would like to meet you after you form your mana core." The count spoke in his monotonous calm voice, though my emotions were anything but calm.

"Why did the King asked for him?" Charlie spoke my thoughts out loud.

"The pure healing element is an extremely rare affinity for a person to have and the document and records of it in the history are dead back to life and 'healing' —if that is even the right word—disability which a person was naturally born with to acts of gods such as granting immortality and due to various more tales the King is quite interested in Willow." It was Elaine who replied to charlie satisfying his and mine curiosity.

The rest of the dinner went without a hitch and soon all of us were led to our rooms, I had been given a new room in the middle section of the mansion where I went with Vin.

This room was more furnished and elegant compared to my previous room. It contains some painting on the wall, a wardrobe a bigger bathroom and a king size extremely comfortable enchanted magic bed.

After excusing Vin I sat down in Lotus position on my bed and focused on my body and tried to feel my mana.

Soon I felt 3 different energies within by body

one of darkness which seems to be present at the left side of my chest it gave the feeling of an all- devouring void which had turned into a proper sphere and emanated small amount of darkness mana flowing lowing through my blood.

this was my Mana Core of darkness element which I seemed to have gotten when I received the memories of James.

the second one was of deep blue colour and was located on the right side of the chest it was roughly shaped into a sphere though comparatively smaller than the black one, this was my core of water element.

The third one was of light green colour located in the middle of the other two cores slightly above them in my chest. this was similarly to the water element core in a rough sphere shape, my pure healing element Mana Core.

Only my darkness element core was fully formed and also at the brink of reaching 2nd ascension, my other two cores were in the initial stages of forming.

At first I was suprised when I found that I already had a darkness core but before I could question anything one of James memories surfaced in my mind it was about the possible way tk have more than one mana core, sadly James wasn't able to perform it due to only having one element but I was sure and I have nearly succeeded.

the main reason for my success being the crest which gives me increased my mana control and mana capacity immensely and makes me more or less resistant to mana poisoning though I still feel headaches and dizziness and some fatigue if I spent too long forming both mana cores though I'm sure this will also subside after I form one more mana core improving my resistance and capacity again.

I spent two hours on forming my Mana cores and stopped due to the slight headaches and dizziness and then went to sleep.

*EXHALE*

After letting out a sharp breath that I had been holding I got up to see my body covered in sweat and black sticky goo just like the time at the awakening ceremony though this is less darker, stickier and smells comparatively less.

From this final release of impurities my muscles have become denser and stronger currently my body is now just as strong as an average amateur athlete, though this is the only great physical change I'm gonna observe in a great time as the next one will be when I am at the 5th ascension.

In the past week I had successfully completed forming my Mana cores of both element and have broke a record in the counts family of 8 days set by the Count Ronald Ophelia himself, at first I thought I might be the fastest in the kingdom atleast but was shocked to find myself being the second fastest in forming the core.

The first one belongs to the current queen dowager of forming a Derivative Variant core of Snow storm with elements of WATER-> ICE and AIR element within 5 days of awakening.

If that was not disheartening enough the no.1 fastest in the continent is a fallen tyrant emperor who created a combination Mana Core of Lava with the element of Fire and Earth in ONE AND A HALF DAY!?! AND IN CAPTIVITY ON TOP OF THAT!!

"Haizz...." I let out a loud sigh and wondered what happened to transmigrators being some once in a history talent trope.

"The King is a good man he is just interested in your element and won't really trouble you with anything too excess" The Count spoke in his usual indifferent voice. I wondered 'Did he confused my sigh for nervousness?' Well I am slightly nervous I am going to meet the king after all.

We were currently in the garden present within Ophelia family mansion with the whole family including Annie who has joined us for breakfast.

Today we will be leaving for the Royal capital of Aureate Kingdom 'MIDAS' named after the founder and first king of this Kingdom.

Almost all members of the family will be leaving together.

Me, the Count, Primrose has been invited to a Social party and Haylen will be going to the royal capital. whereas Anastasia and Charlie will be going back to the academy.

though the count said I and Primrose will be able to come back as soon as we want after finishing our agendas.

"If you people don't have anymore luggage you want to bring yourself go and wait in the lobby the aircraft will soon be ready" ordered Annie.

And thus I made my way alongside all my siblings towards the lobby, Where I will leave for the capital from.
