Heimer sighs, this is the dark side of PiltOver, since the kingdom is ruled by the council, if the majority wants an order to be enforced, the remaining members wouldn't be able to do anything about it. Although Heimer is an elder member, his opinions were invalid when he tried to fight for Jayce.

The fruit is basically useless for him, he has already consumed the Gura-Gura no mi, his body won't allow him to take a second one. He doesn't have the unique body of BlackBeard, who can consume multiple devil fruits. So, he put that aside and moved on to the other notifications.

'Haoshoku!' Jayce mentally exclaimed, how could he not be excited. Back in the anime, One Piece, this power is deemed to be the most broken and OP ability. Only people that can fulfill the hidden requirements are allowed to wield this power, and they are all famous characters in the anime, unlike those cannon fodders.

Those at his rank get a 100% chance of being stun, stun! In a life and death battle, a second can determine a battle, imagine them getting stunned, he would have all the time in this world to finish them off, as long his stamina is sufficient. As for those above his ranks, if he can knock them out unconscious, then great but he is already satisfied with having a chance to stun them. One had to know that fighting a person with a higher rank is extremely hard. Usually, the only option is to flee.
