Mrs. Miller's office

"You have a physical exam in about 15 minutes. Get ready."

A voice spoke through the speakers. No one else was there in the dorm except Merry so, she concluded that the notice was for her.

As they had told her get ready and she had just experienced a nightmare, she went to the bathroom to wash up a little.

"What the hell!"

Those were the words that came out of her mouth immediately after she saw her face in the mirror.

Her hair was a mess and her face was tear stained. She looked like she had a wrestling with someone and badly lost it.

Without wasting time, she washed her face, made her hair bearable and went outside in the living room.

When she reached there, two people who were probably guards sent to escort her were already there.

"You heard the notice, right? You need to come with us.", one of the guards said.

"I know. I heard the announcement", Merry replied.

Merry followed the guards through the silent corridors. They stopped once they were near a door, in the furthest part of the corridor.

One of the guard walked ahead and knocked on the door.

"Ma'am, she's here."

"Send her inside."

A female voice spoke from inside. Then, the guards suggested her to enter the room but they didn't follow her inside.

The room was very simple with a bookshelf in one side and a working table in the other side. There were two chairs opposite one chair near the table. It looked like a visitation room.

A woman with a white coat on, was working on that table.

"Come here", the woman said as soon as she saw Merry enter the room.

Merry was highly skeptical about this whole situation so, she took very slow steps towards the woman.

She was just about to reach the table, when the woman suddenly stood up from her chair and came around infront of Merry.

"I am Mrs. Miller and I will be doing your physical exams", the woman said, and without waiting for Merry to say a word, she walked straight towards the bookshelf.

Merry was looking at the woman in a bewildered way.

'The woman called herself Mrs. Miller, right? Is she the same woman Cole and others were talking about?', Merry thought to herself.

"Merry!"

Mrs. Miller's voice caught her attention. When she looked towards Mrs. Miller, she had opened a door near the bookshelf.

"This is the examination room. Come inside", Mrs. Miller said and entered the room.

The door was like a part of the bookshelf. She wouldn't have been able notice it if the door was not opened.

This room was also very similar to the outer room but instead of table, there was a couch with cushions present there.

"Sit down", Mrs. Miller said, herself sitting on a chair infront of the couch.

There were no words spoken after that, Mrs. Miller took test on Merry's vital signs.

Merry also didn't feel the need to talk much.
