"You don't believe me, do you?" he asked her. Cole was surprised

The very same night, everybody retired for the day and went back to their rooms to rest, when the lights went off.

The time when the lights turned off usually varied every night. The whole building would become dark and eery like an abandoned house after that.

The dorm was not an exception, it would become unusually difficult to move around in the night. Cole, William, Henry and Katie still had a lot easier than Merry to see everything as they had better visions in comparison to her.

It had been only half an hour since Cole lied down on his bed. He was wondering when would William come to call him.

Earlier when Cole had hesitated to have a conversation with William and wanted to talk where nobody could suspect them of being upto something, William had suggested he knew of a place where they could talk freely.

He was afraid to alert those people from the organization who he knew must be keeping a close eye on them.
