"By the way, where's that bastard, Kenzar?" Chivia snarled.
Tashina took a wary glance at Xavier before she sighed. Chivia looked at both of them, waiting for an answer but their silence told her all she needed to know.
"Is he-?" She paused.
Tashina nodded her head solemnly.
"He jumped from a cliff," Tashina said.
"Oh, wow, that's...I don't know what to say," Chivia frowned.
"Chivia, Tashina needs to get some rest. We can talk about that later," Xavier said.
"S-Sure, no problem at all. Get some rest," Chivia nodded and moved out of the way.
Xavier took Tashina's hand and moved towards his bedroom as he opened the door for her to step in.
The maids in the room were already cleaning and drawing a warm bath.
"Alpha, we have prepared warm water for you," the maid bowed her head.
"Thank you, you may leave now," Xavier said and they all left the room.
"Xavier-" Tashina was cut off when he hugged her tightly.
