The cry of the baby filled Tashina's ears which made her peel her eyes open slowly.
She was so tired from today's event that her whole body was feeling like someone else's. Heavy and numb.
The sight she met brought a smile onto her lips immediately.
Xavier was standing shirtless beside the baby's cot as he held a tiny figure in his arms while he rocked his body gently.
She could hear him humming a gentle tone as he bounced her slowly for her cries to die down.
Tears filled her eyes as she saw the two most precious people in her life bonding in their own way.
Tashina picked her body up slowly and rested her back on the bed which made Xavier look up from the sudden noise.
"Am I interrupting?" She smiled as he walked towards her with Natara in his arms.
"I think she is hungry," he muttered as he sat next to her.
"Come here, little princess," Tashina held Natara in her arms as she unbuttoned her nightgown to feed her.
