Chapter 14 - Boring
He did not dare to open the door because of the sound of a woman sigh. He continued his journey, which was not far from the woman's room, there was another way, and it didn't take long for him to arrive at his children's room.
There was a small house where they slept and were not far from their hiding place. He had woken up because he heard someone's footsteps, but when he pointed his finger in front of his lips, Kiki continued to sleep again and ignored the man as he pleased.
He waited until he put down the sleeping candle so he wouldn't disturb his children. He strokes their heads to get them to sleep when he sings the same song every night.
The raindrops remind the man of what happened seven years ago, and he doesn't want to go back to remembering that incident, but every time he sees his children, he can't forgive that incident. He did not know that Samuel was sitting next to him.
After disappearing, he came back using the same road. He made sure no one was hanging around the street. The rain had vanished into the sky as he looked out the window. A familiar figure was walking in the garden with other people, but he wanted to hurry back to his room so no one would find him again.
The people who served them had breakfast with them. Sonia and Samuel felt bored because Kiki still hadn't woken up and didn't want to disturb the dog to play together even though the head chef had prepared a nutritious breakfast for the pet.
"What do you want to play today?" he asked.
"I don't know." Answer Sonia. After the maids cleaned the utensils, he sat on the table and wanted to sit there. It's the most enjoyable thing to do at school. The children were bored, and the day seemed long because it was still a holiday.
They woke up again when Kiki ran screaming down the aisle. Sonia invited her brother to their father's room and asked the maid to bring him toys in storage when he was little. The woman was wearing clothes that were out of place.
The men lowered their eyes when she was wearing a thin nightgown. The owners of the house did not know that William had warned them. She used to find elegance in her messy hair, but now she is missing hunger.
"Bring me a glass of water and some food." She requested that regardless of who was being pointed at, but since they already knew her personality, no one wanted to linger in the dining hall for now. She tried to make things right when she saw her children watching her performance.
She tried to get them to move closer to her. Sonia replied that she didn't want to go near her mother because of the strong smell of alcohol coming from her body. Her mother became sad because she couldn't get close to her son. Samuel wanted her to shower and clean herself so she could leave like that.
"Ah, is that so? Excuse me, okay? You look like this because you have no work to do." She answered like that. They asked if she would accompany them to play. She was going to accompany them to play.
The children were so innocent that they waited for the woman to finish eating. In the middle of their talk, Sonia asked why they had moved to a bigger place, not with their grandpa and family. She thought for a moment until the cutlery landed on her face, her gaze went up to the ceiling of the building, and she guessed in confusion.
She forgot because it couldn't be explained indeed since birth. They intended not to talk about why the euros asked them to go to a quieter place. She diverted the questions when she asked if Samuel had a girlfriend.
"Ah, it's so embarrassing." Samuel asked if he could turn his face in a different direction. She smiled when she asked.
"What would you do if your father was famous for having lots of women around him?" The children didn't understand why their mother was laughing. The woman was told not to act strange by William.
She waved her hands in the air to apologize to them, and it turned out that she had finished her breakfast, intending to clean up. Many people, including William and the maids, followed her.
She asked Sonia and Samuel to go first to the butterfly garden and wait for a while because she needed quite a long time to tidy herself up. The children were so excited to hear the order that they didn't take long to get to where they were told to go.
Kiki took part, sometimes, he ran at the front as if he was leading, but sometimes he was also behind because he was interested in the objects the children had passed. Samuel ordered Kiki to move faster. The brown patterned dog with a combination of shiny gold because it is cared for well by the family indicates that it is one of the lucky pets.
A lot of new toys have arrived. They didn't order the toys because they asked for old toys to be brought to the park. The mother wanted to wait, the servant said.
Children generally like it and then walk around playing among the shiny and colorful objects so they don't feel the sun is so hot and their mother still hasn't appeared. Samuel wanted to know if they could see her. If they interfered with her activities, she warned them what would happen.
Each of them knew that it was impossible to return to the room and knocked on the door as if nothing had happened and then asked her to fulfill their promise to play together. They stopped the activity because it was too hot under the glass roof. Even though there were still many shelters, the children were tired because they had waited too long.
Samuel said they should know not to expect too much from their mother.
"You shouldn't say that. Mother is very busy because our father is sick, so who will take care of the house if there is no one to handle dad's work." She did not want her sister always to suspect anyone because she had learned that from her grandmother.
The day was starting to get boring as nothing was left to do. They have to wait for food and sleep because they get bored with all the activities. Samuel stroked Kiki, who was exhausted.
"The school holidays are over so we should have a party for our friends." Said Samuel volunteered. Sonia closed her book and turned around to stare at the child who had the same looks and looks that were not much different from hers except that he looked so charming, like their father.
"I don't know." Sonia said to Samuel. Samuel knew it might make things more difficult after the holidays. Sonia wasn't sure if their parents would approve of this as this matter had taken a long time to prepare.
