A TWIST IN PLOT...

After Ares's encounter with lily, he went back to the moon chasers headquarters.

"Wait... Do you mean all this while we were looking for lily,she was alright, " Yes , she was but then ,she sees us as her swore enemies,we have to be careful, Brielle..... Athena called, remember the nurse I bumped into that very day?", I told you the aura surrounding her seems off, We must inform the police Jacob said, "That's not a very wise idea boy, Dr Stevens said, I was once a staff in that hospital, then one day I discovered their secrets, I was asked to join but then I ran away, after the killed my daughter,it was then I met Barbara, and we formed the moon chasers.

**FLASH BACK***

My friend and I, Doctor Henry, had been working for the City hospital, we carry out experiment in the hospital laboratory, then one day I overheard the head doctors and the president arguing, according to the president,he wants us to inject the patients with a particular serum , the head replied that he will never go against his oat to protect life to talking them, " you will do as I said I heard a voice commanding him,but as I spied on them, I became increasingly concerned about their plans. And when I heard that they were planning to turn the patients into vampires, I knew that I had to do something. I tried to sneak away, but it was too late. The president spotted me , and they gave me chase. I ran for my life, knowing that if they caught me , my fate would be sealed because there was no way I was going to partake in their evil mission.

I managed to escape, but the cost was high. My daughter, who had been at home alone, was killed by the vampires. In my grief and anger, I redoubled my efforts to stop them. I vowed to avenge my daughter's death, and I would not rest until I have brought the vampires to justice.

**END OF FLASH BACK**

That was how I escaped, I never heard from my friend Dr Henry, I was plotting my revenge untill I met Barbara, she was the master mind behind the moon chasers, Dr Stevens explained and stood up, and Left... "What do we do now ?" Link asked, this matter with Vlad keeps twisting, now we have to fight lily and Vlad too Jack said scratching his head, Ares I would like to talk to you in private Athena whispered in his ears and they left together....

**TECH COMPANY**

Good morning sir, the workers greeted as Vlad entered his office, " sir you have a media interview today by 2pm , his secretary informed him as soon as he settled down, yes I was informed by "Delight press company ", inform clawden about the interview, she should be ready by 1pm , but sir the interview is by 2pm , the secretary corrected looking at her files, just deliver my message to Ms clawden,you may leave.

A knock on the door interpreted Vlad, yes come in, he said, clawden entered, "Good morning sir", Good morning Ms clawden, I was informed you sent for me, yes I sent for you, " we will be going on an interview at " Delight press company ", prepare we leave by 1mp, "you may leave,Vlad ordered,still focused on his laptop..

Vlad and clawden left exactly at 1PM but they made at stop at the presidential residence, Clawden was ushered into the sitting room while Vlad left for the president office, he emerged later after thirty minutes, " Hope I didn't keep you waiting Ms clawden?" He asked, Not at all sir she replied, "Okay then" , he said looking at his wrist watch, The president came out, And they left together.

***DELIGHT PRESS COMPANY**

This way sir, a reporter said directing Vlad and clawden to the interview room. Have a seat..

Vlad sat down in front of the cameras, a serious expression on his face. The reporter began the interview, asking Vlad about his stance on the growing crisis. "I understand that the city is not safe anymore especially at night,and this has been causing concern among the people," Vlad said. "But we must be careful not to jump to conclusions. There is a lot we don't know about what's really going on." "But the people are scared," the reporter said.

"I understand that, and I sympathize with their concerns," Vlad replied. "But we must not act rashly. We must gather all the facts, and make sure we are targeting the right people before we take any action. I will not allow innocent people to be harmed in the name of this investigation." The reporter pressed further. "But what about the families of those who have been killed? They are demanding action now. Vlad took a deep breath and continued.

Vlad looked into the camera, addressing the families directly. "I understand your pain, and I know you want answers. But we must make sure that those answers are accurate, and that we don't harm the wrong people in our quest for justice. We are working hard to find out what is happening, and I promise that we will not stop until we have all the information we need.

"In the meantime, I will no longer be a candidate for office," vlad continued. "I cannot in good conscience continue to campaign when there are more important matters at hand. I will be dedicating my time to working with the authorities and helping to bring this matter to a peaceful resolution. I hope you will all join me in working for the good of our country." The reporter was quiet for a moment, letting the words sink in. Then, they thanked the politician for their time.

Vlad's revelation came as a shock to everyone including clawden and the moon chasers but clawden knew he was up to something..

The interview ended, and vlad left the studio..
