I got home and put down my stuff, didn't even bother to arrange them because I was already getting famished and already devoured one of my donuts along the way, so I opened the second, went towards my refrigerator and poured myself a glass of juice, well make that two, gulped the earlier glass of juice, so while on my second glass, delectating on my wonderful piece of cream donut, a call came in and it was Fred calling to remind me of his wedding next week, to which I affirmed that I was going to be present, rang up bae and informed her but she had to remind me her absence reinstating the reason being a family event that she had to attend. "So I guess I will have to go alone," I said to myself as I finished my dinner and headed off to bed.
The weekend was here and it was time to prepare for Fred's wedding, luckily enough for him Arsenal was not playing that day, I remember telling my friends I wouldn't set my wedding date to a day when Arsenal is playing, I just love that club with all my heart, being supporting since 2001 and I have been hooked ever since, though now the relationship had become toxic and tend to have a lot of heartbreaks recently.
The weekend was here again and so was Fred's wedding, after a very tiring week, a wedding party could be a good way to cool off. So I set out on how to get prepared for the occasion, took my bath, called the Laundry to deliver my traditional attire, prepared some sausages and pancake (thanks to YouTube for that), set it on my dining table and went on to arrange my betting investments for the day while I wait for my clothes to be delivered. Just as I finished placing my bets, my clothes came in and it was time for me to be on my way to the church for the official ceremony, even though the main event is later, Fred is a close friend and I thought I owe It to him to attend both ceremonies. Got to the church and met the ceremony going on, there were cheers and happiness was resonating around, it was a wonderful feeling though, it's a good thing I am not here with my Mom, we would have had "the talk" but I do understand her view though but I don't wanna rush it, my relationship with Evelyn is not up to a year and there are some things about her character that are not good enough and needs to be corrected.
We moved on to the reception, and the whole place was bubbling already, the music was loud and intensifying, the food had already been served and you would know this party was gonna be lit. While getting acquainted with the surrounding and checking out Football score lines, I noticed this lady staring towards my direction, but there were a large crowd of people so I shrugged off the feeling and felt she might have been looking at someone else, but as I took my seat, she was still staring and it was followed by a grin, then she stood up and walked started towards my direction, as she took each step closer I started to appreciate her beauty and became more relaxed. Her gown was magnificent with a long slit that evidently exposed her thighs, her cleavage was laid bare to see, appropriate enough to catch your attention and not to make her look sleazy. As she drew closer I offered her a seat and she sat, then she introduced herself as Beatrice, the cashier from the supermarket that I saved from the claws of Maleficent. I was astounded, she looked totally different, she was like she went through some kind of extreme makeover, not to dispute the fact that she was a beautiful lady before now but somehow this was just different, I kept staring into her eyes for the better part of a minute and she noticed it, but instead of her to shy away or say something, she glammed and it was alluring, her eyes were enticing even though I knew they were contact lenses. I had to break off the silence and we started having a conversation, she was surprisingly sound and intelligent, too intelligent to be working as a cashier but she said she had to make ends meet, we talked a lot and had even forgotten we were in a wedding ceremony, it now felt like a date. At the end we exchanged contacts and promised to keep in touch.
