Something that flows
Jacob arrived at the refuge much later, wanting to ensure that no one could have followed him. Once he confirmed they were not in danger, they both reached the building where they sought shelter.
It had been a week since they arrived at this place, much more than a week, and their relationship had reached a point where they cared about each other's well-being.
"Aren't you hurt?" Jacob asked, looking at Usagi who stood beside him.
"I'm fine," Usagi responded, remaining still with her eyes closed.
She wasn't an expressive girl and lacked uncontrolled emotions, so it was challenging for Jacob to know what she was thinking. But at the same time, he felt at ease because he didn't have to make an effort to lie.
"It's really strange to see people acting as they truly are. Most individuals in modern society would be reserved enough to avoid being judged by others."
"Most people are bad, we all are, and that's by nature." Usagi said, opening her eyes and looking at Jacob.
Their gazes met, shameless and filled with shared light breaths, filling the interior of the vehicle illuminated only by the moonlight.
A palpable tension lingered in the air, an intense connection enveloping them both. Their gazes locked, and in that instant, they knew that the desire they had been hiding for so long had finally reached its limit.
Without uttering a word, they slowly leaned towards each other. The electricity in the atmosphere intensified with each passing second. Finally, their lips met in a passionate and ravenous kiss. It was as if the world faded away around them, leaving them trapped in a sphere of pure attraction and longing.

A few hours later, Aguni had returned to The Beach, where all the players gathered, leading this intimate place for everyone, and immediately looked for his friend.
"Takeru, I have two new cards," Aguni said as soon as he entered the room where his friend was.
"What cards are those?" Takeru Danma, better known as The Hatter, walked towards Aguni and waited for him to show the cards.
"Nine of spades and eight of clubs," Aguni took out the cards and handed them to Takeru.
"Did you play any of these games?" After asking this question, he took the cards and walked towards a huge wall where a double fence displayed the numerous cards collected by all the players who have lived in this place.
"No, it was someone else," Aguni sat down on a chair and rested his head.
"They must be an extraordinary person to be able to overcome two games of such caliber. Did they die in any way?"
"No, they had some things to take care of, so they entrusted me with both cards to give to you. Takumi told me about The Beach; he ended up dying in the nine of spades game," Aguni sighed bitterly upon learning that the person who had made efforts to help everyone had died.
"At least they made sure this card reached our hands, which is already a significant achievement." Takeru seemed unaffected by Takumi's death, something that Aguni noticed but didn't say anything about.
"There's something curious that this man named Jacob said that has me quite puzzled," Aguni said after thinking about it for a while.
"Does he know something we don't?"
"He mentioned that we are in a type of game dynamic where we must complete the lower levels to progress to the next phase... In other words, he said that once we have passed all the lower tests, we would have to fight in King and Queen level tests to complete the game."
Takeru's eyes gleamed passionately; they had thought about all of this, but not to that extent. After learning this, he began to write down information in a small notebook.
