"What do you mean Inosuke?" Tanjiro asked.

"My side started hurting a while ago," Inosuke exclaimed. "I said something when we walked in here, remember."

"About how long ago?" Tanjiro asked, concerned.

"A few minutes before we got here," Inosuke sighed. "Why is that so important?"

"Do you mean around when she got a wound in her side not too long ago?" Tanjiro asked.

"I guess so," Inosuke replied with a sigh.

"Wait, are you saying their twins?" Zenitsu walked over overhearing their conversation. "I heard one twin can feel the other twin's pain."

"No, of course he's not," Inosuke shouted.

"Hey Tanjiro do you happen to know someone who can test DNA, I'd like to know?" Isa asked.

"Actually yes, you want to know if you're half Demon, I know someone," Tanjiro said. "We can also find out if Inosuke is your brother just to prove Zenitsu wrong, right Inosuke."

"Yeah," Inosuke replied harshly.

"Do you need a note, I have a piece of paper," Isa insisted. "And a pen, as well."

"Yeah sure," Tanjiro replied as a cat with a basket appeared. "I'll write the note and then I'll have to get yours and Inosuke's blood."

"I guess she'll be sticking with us for now," Inosuke replied. "Just until we get the results back and then you're gone, you're definitely not my sister, that's a fact."

"What if she is," Zenitsu stated.

"She's not, ok, I don't have a sister," Inosuke snapped. "I've never had a sister."

"Well maybe the reason he turned out the way he is is because he didn't have a sister," Isa said.

"What did you just say," Inosuke glared.
