What Is It That You Seek?

Seeing Saksham stand just behind them, Shyam and Rahul were scared out of their wits. They didn't expect that he would suddenly come up behind them. They had accidentally cursed him and now they were pretty sure they will be buried six feet under the ground real soon. They had almost given up on living when they suddenly heard the hair-raising voice of Saksham, "Where's Rhytham?"

Coming back to their senses, they said, "He should be here really soon. He said that he would be back by 8:30."

Just as they said this, they heard the clicking of the lock suddenly the main door opened and they saw Rhytham entering the house. As Rhytham entered the house, he saw 4 people standing in the hall. Looking at the figure standing in the middle of the room, Rhytham hurriedly bowed, "Lord Asura, sorry I am a bit late."

Saksham nodded lightly and sat down on the couch beside him. He looked at Rhytham and Vipul and asked, "How has your practice been going?"

Both of them suddenly stood up straight and Rhytham reported back, "Lord, I can't accurately tell how strong I am right now, but I have started to strengthen my body with the power of vibration and I feel like I will be fine even if I took a bullet. "If I directly apply my whole power on one small point, I can definitely explode an entire car. But at the same time, I still don't know if that is the limit to my powers, my lord. We lack the means to measure our true powers."

As Saksham heard this, he nodded gently. He had also thought of that problem. He himself didn't know where his current limit was. Otherwise, I can create even bigger figures as well as change them as many times I want until my [Aura] runs out."

Saksham heard this and he was surprised. He hadn't told them about the [Aura] yet to them, then how did Vipul know about that term? Suddenly, when he thought till here, Saksham was once again shocked. He suddenly realized that he didn't seem to teach them techniques about how to absorb the [Aura] from their surroundings. He didn't need to absorb the [Aura] from the surroundings so he had taken it for granted and forgot that Rhytham and Vipul's power could only grow as they absorb more and more [Aura].

He looked at Vipul and asked, "How did you know how to absorb the [Aura] from the surroundings?"

He is not the best at comprehending new stuff but he said that he was able to understand his powers and skills a lot better these days. Even the speed absorbing [Aura] has increased by a certain degree. And like me, his strength also grew all of a sudden one day."

Saksham heard this and his eyes were also opened wide in surprise. He knew that the sudden increase in their strength, as well as faster rate of absorption of [Aura], was definitely due to his passive skill, [Blessing of The Lord]. What he didn't expect was that their comprehensive powers would also grow along with them. Was that also counted as their strength? It should be, right? Or else it would grow along with their strength due to the effects of [Blessing Of the Lord].

While thinking of this, Saksham nodded gently to Vipul and said, "This is not a bad thing. It happened due to my powers growing. As long as you stay in my domain, you will witness an increase in your overall strength as well as the rate with which you absorb [Aura] from the surroundings. So, no need to worry and practice even harder."

As Vipul and Rhytham heard this, their eyes flashed with surprise and joy as well as a hint of awe. They were really surprised when they heard that it was due to the person standing in front of them. Now, they could understand their powers better and even get stronger really fast. But at the same time, they felt awe as they thought about the increase in their overall strength. This was almost…godly.

Taking in a deep breath, Vipul and Rhytham bowed and said, "We thank you Lord for this gift. We will sure practice harder and get strong."

Saksham nodded lightly and looked at Shyam and Rahul who were standing at the side like statues. He asked in his usual hoarse voice, "Have you guys thought about the powers you want?"

Shyam and Rahul heard this and suddenly nodded quickly as if chicks pecking on rice. Saksham saw this and raised his eyebrows. He looked at Shyam and asked, "What powers do you want?"

Shyam heard this and scratched the back of his head and answered, "My lord, since I have been a kid, I have not been very good at studies and understand complicated stuff. I have also not been very good at fighting," Shyam smiled awkwardly, "The only thing I am good at is maybe getting beaten up. In every fight I have been in, I have been slapped, punched, been trampled on, etc. But even after all that, I have stood back again and faced my opponents till they are tired of beating me."
