Ichibe was thinking about what to train in the years that he would wait for the events of all those movies to happen.

It might be time for him to start practising the Kidos above 89.

The others were mastered and he was constantly finding better uses for them. He spared as much as he could with the Ancient One. That was the experience that he needed to grow.

And due to those sparring sessions, Ichibe got very comfortable with the Kidos. So now he wanted to finish them all.

Above the 89th Kido, they were dangerous and hard to use. But the only problem Ichibe saw, was the problem of finding a place to practice with them.

The mirror dimension was his first choice. And on second thought it might be the right choice as well.

Ichibe was excited. He always wanted to try Hado #90: Kurohitsugi.

But he wanted to study it even more. Kurohitsugi was a Kido that targets the opponent in a powerful torrent of gravity. And according to Sosuke Aizen, it has the power to distort space and time.

That is possible if the gravity is strong enough, but just imagine the gravity inside the black coffin. So that was something that Ichibe wanted to research and if possible, replicate and use in other ways than just destructively.

Another one was Hado #91: Senju Koten Taiho. Generating ten pink energy points around themselves, the practitioner fires them all at their target, resulting in an exceedingly devastating explosion.

This had the potential to be used differently and in combination with so many more things.

Like he wanted to combine Hado #91 with other Kido spells so that he could get more effects, and hide the desired effect underneath something different.

Goryūtenmetsu‎, which was Hado #99, was also one that he had to know. That was something that he could make more and more powerful and combine with true name-calling.

The higher Bakudo spells were not something he wanted to focus on right now. He would look into them at a later date.

Almost two years had passed since Ichibe bought the properties and land in the USA. And since he began to practice the higher ranking Kido.

He had made great progress and was finished in the sense that he could use all the Kido that were known to the Shinigami and to him as well.

So he was now working on different combinations and also creating new ones.

In the last year, it finally happened. The Gotei 13 had made contact with the 'Yami no te' or the Hand.

Shanghai was a very important city; just like he had predicted, there were fights. The ninjas from the Yami no te found out about one of their hideouts and attacked it. They interrogated some and then killed them all.

That's how the Yami no te found out about the Gotei 13. And suffice it to say, they were not happy that there was a group they hadn't known about.

This meant war and the Gotei 13 was not doing very well.

The Hand had thousands of years to prepare and build their foundations. Their members were fanatics and unbelievably well-trained. And while Ichibe was proud to say that he had taught the captains Hakuda, the other normal members were not as well trained and had no chance against the ninjas of the Hand.

So Ichibe told the captains to deal a blow that they won't forget so fast. Because they were killing the members of the Gotei left and right for about a week. So to stop that, the captains, who had unlocked their Zanpakutos, attacked a base of the Hand directly.

They annihilated all the members of the Yami no te, that were there that day, except one. They told him to tell his superiors about what happened and think twice before attacking them again.

That seemed to work, as the Hand didn't attack the Gotei 13 anymore, for now.

So Ichibe implemented training facilities and programs that every member of the Gotei 13 had to undergo. He founded the Shin'o Academy. There he taught martial arts, Zanjutsu and other skills he had learned.

It was going to take a while until they could take care of themselves. But that was not something he wanted. He wanted to kick the Hand out of Shanghai.

Therefore, using the information network, Ichibe started doing raids on anything that was thought of belonging to the Hand.

This would give the captains infamy and make the Yami no te, wary of them. And he could start his plan of infiltrating the USA via the construction companies.

So now two years later, Shanghai finally was under the Gotei 13 and the Hand had to pull back. The losses they suffered were simply too much.

They would be back for sure, but Ichibe was going after them anyway.

Ichibe was thankful that he knew at least this much about this universe. Otherwise, the Gotei 13 would have had no chance against the Hand.

Ichibe was on his way to America once again. He felt a massive psychic force in space above the earth a few days ago. This was a problem. People were going to get hurt this way. Something of this magnitude would be able to just wash over the earth and burn it to a crisp.

So he wanted to see, what the Phoenix Force was doing here. He of course knew its name. And therefore he also knew its purpose in the universe. But no matter what, he would not allow it to mess with the earth as long as he was here.

He was not scared of her sister, so he is also not going to be scared of her.

But a peaceful solution would be preferred if possible. That was his thought process anyways.

Why have enemies, when you can have friends? A wise king once said.

Ichibe made it to America and got to the place where he felt massive psychic waves coming from. Despite the seriousness of the situation, Ichibe had his signature smile on his face.
