Arrival (Part II)

After the announcement of King Avalon,

The entire vampire kingdom became busy talking about the best candidate to be the queen of vampires.

It caused shocking news for all the vampires.

The news was sent all throughout the covens but was contained within the kingdom only.

Vampires wanted to avoid any unnecessary problems once other nations find out that the king is in search of a queen.

This is something that may cause other nations to use this event as a chance to influence the seat of power within the vampire kingdom.

The power struggle and political dynamics within the kingdom may be used as an opportunity for others to tamper with the dynamics of authority in the vampire kingdom.

For the vampire kingdom to have a queen will signify a new era for the vampires. It will introduce a new set of political authority and factions amongst vampires.

Though King Avalon has foreseen already the worst-case scenario and best case scenario of his decision, he still pushed through his decision to look for a partner in his reign. And decided to use this process as a matter of choice in his legitimate heir to the throne.

Ever since in the records of the history of vampires, there has been no queen in their history.

An ancient record from the first king of vampires was recovered by King Avalon recently.

While excavating the old ruins of a temple that belonged to the first king of vampires, an important record was discovered by King Avalon which caused him to eliminate untrustworthy individuals and kept the information to himself.

The first king of vampires was known for his clairvoyance and ability to see the future which paved way for the domination of the vampire race within the northern region of the world.

Even to his last breath before he was assassinated by the legendary hunter and the first warrior of the human kingdom, the first king of vampires was able to foresee the domination of a vampire ruler all throughout the lands of the living.

Together, the legendary hunter and the first warrior created the kingdom of the human race after defeating the first king of vampires in a bloody battle which stopped the attempt of the vampire race to wreak havoc across the lands. And they remained in the northern region and kept themselves with their slavery system to keep their blood source going.

Before the first king died, it was written in an ancient scroll but did not have the opportunity to share to any vampire since his vision was too sacred,

With this knowledge, King Avalon was able to get hold of.

But a final seal was on its way for discovery.

Only a touch of a queen of vampires will be able to open the scroll.

King Avalon was able to get hold of the journals of the first king and found out through the journals regarding the important information of the hidden ancient scroll within the ruins of the ancient temple which can be located on the territory of the vampire kingdom.

King Avalon smiled at the thought that of having this important piece of information from the first king of vampires himself.

This knowledge was never been shared with anyone and King Avalon wanted to have knowledge within the scroll for he believed that it is an important secret that the first king never got to share with anyone.

While King Avalon was contemplating on his plans,

In the private chambers of his only daughter, Sylvia, the second prince requested her presence.

Prince Vincent visited his older sister in her private chamber. He intended to request a favor from her.

"Sylv?" as Prince Vincent carefully enters his older sister's room after knocking a number of times.

After a few moments of looking for her,

The prince sees his older sister floating in the air venting her frustrations through summoning thick fog and strong winds surrounding the castle.

Since it is day time, it is her responsibility to thicken the dark clouds to cover their lands from the rays of the sun which allow them to walk around even it is day time. But the vampire kingdom was covered with darker and colder weather.

Especially with the snow and strong hail that Sylvia has summoned around the castle of King Avalon to make it hard for foreign entities to attempt entering.

Princess Sylvia is considered to be the strongest defense of the vampire kingdom has. And for this, she is considered as a national treasure for the entire vampire race. That is why she is never permitted to leave the northern region and tasked to stay within the territory of the vampire kingdom only.

But her political clout and faction are little compared to her brothers because they felt that a male vampire should rule over the vampires compared to a female vampire. This kind of belief pushed Sylvia to revolutionize the political system in their kingdom. Aside from the other ways that Sylvia intended to change, the viewpoint of the majority amongst vampires in regards to female vampires is something that Sylvia wanted to change.

"Sister, will you come down?" Prince Vincent screams at his older sister but to no avail her sister is not listening to him which clearly meant that his older sister is venting her inner frustrations.

So the prince decided to use his ability,

A huge bubble captured her older sister which made her a bit annoyed.

Right before she went into a rampage against Prince Vincent,

The Prince apologized and begged …

"Look, I am sorry! I just wanted to get your attention." Explained by Prince Vincent.

"And now, you have it!" said by an annoyed Sylvia.

"Please, I just want to talk! It is about the arrival of one of my soldiers with the survivor of the experiment that I had in Caragua Island. They arriving soon and I want you to give way for their path. Your snow and fog seems to be a bit stronger today?" carefully explained by Prince Vincent.

"Fine! I will clear the way for them." Immediate reply of Sylvia to her younger brother.

"Thank you! I will leave you to it. I have to welcome their arrival. I cannot wait to see who won amongst the two experiments of mine." Said by Prince Vincent with a devilish smile.

Prince Vincent left the private chamber of his older sister with an expression of looking forward for the arrival of his intended guests.
