Chapter 3

It has been a month since the day I shifted and since I have met 'Xander'. He Said that he'll come for me but it has already been a month and there was nothing I could find out about him. The day when I reached home my mom rushed toward me and hugged me as her life depended on it.

*flashback*

"Mom calm down look I am fine"

She looked all over to see if I was hurt.

"Thank god you're okay". She sighed and wiped her tears.

"Tell me what happened? You...You shifted?" She asked, still unable to believe it.

In return, I nodded my head. "Mom..." I called. She looked at me waiting for me to speak up. "I...I found my mate" I said without a warning taking her off guard. She was shocked at first. But when I told her how he helped me shift and everything. She was very happy for me.

*Flashback end*

It's been a month and not even a single day went by when I didn't miss him, His touch, his smell and everything that belonged to him. Every night I would grab his shirt that I had with me, breathe in all his scents and try to fall asleep thinking he was by my side.

'Mate' Kyle purred in my head.

"Kyle now is not the time. I am in my class" I snapped at her. 'It's our Mate' She purred again.

I was about to fire back when the door of my class burst open revealing my mate.

'Our Mate' Kyle hissed.

I rolled my eyes at her remarks and looked at him. Xander, He stood Infront of me in all his glory. His black shirt was neatly tucked under his black jeans as it barely hid his biceps. His hair messily pulled back. His blue eyes still sparkling. All the girls in my class drooled over him as I couldn't help but hiss.

He smirked looking at my reaction. Xander suddenly came near me as he pulled me by my hands and ran out of the ongoing class. "Xander" I shouted for him to stop, And he did. I didn't even notice that we were already in an empty room.

Xander placed his hand over my face as Kyle purred inside my head at his reaction. I looked at his face trying to read what he was doing. "Let's go," He said as he again took my hands in his. "Where?!" I asked and before I knew it he pulled me closer and ran as he replied "Our home".

'Our home?! What? Where?!' And before I could figure out what was happening we were already out of our territory, in the woods. How did he do that?! I thought, then again I remembered that He can run pretty fast.

In a blink of an eye, we were in a different world. It was magical and different from the place I have lived before. "What is this place?" I asked with amusement in my voice. "Our home," Xander replied.

We were standing Infront of a big three-story house, some 400 square meters in size. It was bigger than my house and was magnificent. Xander held my hands as the guards opened the front door and bowed in respect.

"Please come in" Xander invites me in. As soon as I did, I gasped as I was greeted by the magnificent glory of the house. No one could have predicted that this plan looking House would be this magnificent from the inside.

Xander smiles satisfactorily at my reaction. "This will be our home from now on," He said and I couldn't form any words in my mouth. "I see that you're back" I turn around to see a woman with the warmest smile, Cleaning her hands in her apron.

"And Who's this lovely lady?!" The woman asked. And I am sure that it's Xander's mom. They're both so similar. "Mom, meet Arianna,.. She's my mate". Xander said as he pressed his hand on mine.

"It's so lovely to meet you, Arianna." The woman hugged me. And I hugged her back. She gave me a familiar feeling like a mom. "It's nice to meet you, Mrs.."

"Please call me Dalia. Darling". I nodded.

"I can't believe you finally found your mate Xander," She said looking at Xander.

He just nodded his head. "Mom, can you show Ariana around? I have something to deal with, ``he said before turning to me. "I'll be back in a while." He said and kissed my forehead. And before I could tell him to stay. He was already gone.

"I guess we'll be seeing a different Kind of Xander from now on," Dalia stated as I couldn't help but blush. "Do you want something to eat?" Dalia asked and I nodded. Because I was damn hungry from my trip. 

After eating Dalia showed me around the house. And I still can't believe that Xander was the alpha. I should have guessed it from the way everyone respected him earlier. After his father, he inherited the legacy and from what I've heard he has been doing quite a better job than his father.

Dahlia left me Infront of her son's bedroom. I tried to play it cool, but the mere scent of him made me weak to my knees while I was still in the hallway. I opened the door and made my way inside. It was a magnificent room, with a king-size bed, a big cupboard and small details that explained a lot about Xander's personality. 

Xander wasn't home, so I took this opportunity to take a bath. I opened the shower and as soon as the warm water hit my body I melted. After a long shower, I decided to change. I didn't have any clothes so I grabbed one of Xander's T-shirts and pulled them over my body. 

I walked into the room and saw Xander ruffling over his things, probably searching for something. "Ahem" I tried to gain his attention. And as he looked over, I could see his eyes turning dark.
