chapter 18 A visit to a witch 1

Nightmares come and go but this one was constantly coming.

It was like a reflection in the past,showingg Alexa the true colours of vampires or maybe just the vampire kings who had many hidden agenda.

The death of her father showed that he was killed by a vampire king but what she was told was that he died in a car accident.

Things are going off point and alexa doesn't know what to do.

should she believe the revelation from her dream?,should she confront the witch and ask for a solution,?should she just ignore the message,?these questions roamed her mind .

She was so lost and didn't know what to do,obviously she wasn't thinking anymore.

All of a sudden a name popped up in her head

"AYDEN"

Maybe he can help her,he might have the solutions to her problems,he might be the key and if persuaded she might get to see the vampire king and find out if what the witch said was true.

She quickly brought out her phone and coincidentally he called her.

H-hi,she greeted her voice shaking.

What's wrong?,Are you ok?,He asked.

Am fi..ne,nothing ..is ..wrong..,she said her voice still shaking.

Don't lie to me,He said angry and concerned.

I had a nightmare,Alexa said.

A nightmare?,he asked.

Yes,a witch came to me telling me that the vampire king killed my father and took his face ,th...that he was a vampire warrior ,she told me your dad kill..killed my dad and she gave me a bracelet to wear that i can use it to find her and here i am wearing it now and it doesn't want to leave me,i tried removing it but it got hot and...,i dont know what to think anymore , my thought are messed up,she told him crying.

Where are you know,He asked her.

Am in fred's bathroom,Alexa said not xaring how it sounded.

Your in fred's house,he asked trying to contain his anger.

Ye..yes ,Alexa said still stammering.

Okay you know what,just try and rest tomorrow we will search for answers,He said assuring her.

I can't sleep ,i tried it ain't working,Alexa said still crying.

Please just try,he said before he lost signal.

Hello,they said in unison.

Can you hear me,Ayden said.

Hello,Alexa said before the call got disconnected.

As she got out of the bathroom ,she saw fred sitting at the egde of the bed obviously waiting for her.

Hey,Alexa said calmly as she was calmed already.

Why aren't you sleeping yet?,she asked as she forcibly forced a smile.

How exactly will i sleep when your restless,Fred said.

Am sorry ,I'm just caught up with the same nightmare,and its really frustrating,Alexa ssid trying to hold back her tears.

Its not your fault,people do have nightmares,He said explaining as i couldn't help but smile.

If you don't want to go to sleep,we can stay awake together ,he said.

No no don't do that ,you gonto sleep we have school tomorrow so don't stay awake because of me,Alexa said.

Are you sure,Fred said as he stood up and held her shoulders.

Yes am very sure ,Alexa said as she held his waist.

He smiled by my simple action.

Goodnight,she said as she kissed him lightly,though it was little ;it was filled with lots of emotions.

Goodnight bae,he said before planting a kiss on her.

He left her and went to bed ,before she joined him on the bed before she joined him too on the bed.

She was awake as she stared at his sleepy face before she knew it golden dust emmited from the bracelet and she felt sleepy before she fell into a deep slumber luckily with no nightmares.

It was morning ,fred was already awake and ready for school while alexa was still sleeping like a dougebag.

Hey,Fred said as he kissed her forehead.

Hii,she said still sleepy.

What are you wearing,she added still sleepy.

For school,he quickly said.

School...sh*t i totally forgot...why didn't you wake me up... ,she quickly went to shower then she brushed and got dressed....she forgot to put some makeup to cover her eyebag.

why are your rushing,we still have time,he said.

You know how i like being early,she said as she struggled to put on her shoes.

We left without eating due to me rushing , we arrived school earlier than i thought then i checked the vicinity till i found Ayden at a corner,i was distracted i had no idea fred was talking to me.

Hey you aren't listening to me,Fred said.

Sorry,umm i was lost in thought,i said still looking at ayden.

I forgot to ask your mom wasn't around last night,Alexa said.

Yes she had a business conference in Australia,so she won't be back till next 2 weeks,Fred said sadly.

Which means you will be lonely,Alexa said diverting her attention from ayden to fred.

Kindda,He said still sad.

Dont be sad ,i will keep you company for this whole week,She said smiling as she saw him smile.

Really,Fred said cupping her cheeks.

Yeah,i will,She said.

Thanks ,he said as he kissed her on her cheeks.

Classes came and passed as the last class which was history class remained.

The history teacher asked for the project ,some presented theirs while some didn't.

It was finally Ayden and Alexa's turn and shecould tell he didn't do it.

You didn't do it right,Alexa asked.

Na,He said calmly.
