[Host knowledge on blood manipulation has advanced]

[Blood Manipulation has evolved]

Arthur had to blink multiple times to confirm what the system was telling him.Fortunetely for him he didn't need to worry about his health since immediately after the system sent a message,his skill rejuvenation went into play.

However what mattered to him right now was how his blood manipulation has evolved.If his memory serves him right,his ability should evolve only after he's broken through to the next rank which would have been the prime rank.

"An explanation?"Arthur raised his eyebrows seemingly wanting some type of explanation from his system which always felt like he needed to know everything.

[I really need to get rid of that intelligent attribute of yours dummy]

A small vein could be seen slowly manifesting itself on Arthur's head,the corner of his lips slightly curved downwards."I swear to God I'll get you a body and beat you to a pulp you stupid system".

[Heh,then keep that promise]

The message Arthur saw made him calm down a bit.The message in a way felt weird to him however right now wasn't the time to dwell on it."so..."

[As you know already blood wolves have the innate will to control blood to a certain extent]

"Yes yes I know".

Arthur stared at the messages and felt like he now understood why his ability had been forcefully evolved, although he ignored the system's last message.

The systems message was indeed right.He could feel a surge running through his veins.This familiar feeling only occurred when he was either breakingthrough or he was adding points to his stat.

He tried to sense his ability core and there he saw how his ability had grown slightly bigger.He looked around the battlefield and was pleased with his results.Just then Miss Jade appeared Infront of him and couldnt help but give off a warm smile

She always felt pleased whenever it came to Arthur's growth in strength.She felt good knowing she played a vital role in it although others might see it as a harsh method of training.

"I wonder why his breakthrough has been delayed though,he should have been at the peak of the 3rd stage by now due to his relentless battles"She inwardly said.

"MIss Jade I think I want to fight my last three beasts and stop my training"

"Hmm why the change of plans"

"Oh no reason,I feel like I've learnt everything I want to know about the limits of my ability for now"He rubbed the back of his hair revealing a wry smile.

"Should I tell him everytime he lies he does that"Miss Jade said internally staring at him with an amused smile."Oh well".Miss Jade had studied Arthur to know that each time he lied about something he would always act that way towards her.

She ignored it for now since he's been through enough already,beside what Arthur said wasn't too far fetched.What he said was just a secondary goal of his with the primary goal being the updation of his system,But Miss Jade didn't have to know now did she?.

Miss Jade grabbed Arthur just like how she's always been handling him and their figure vanished."Did her speed increase or what?".Since Arthur was of low rank hence he couldn't sense someone of higher rank.

An awakened still in the mortal ranks were much weaker than a transcended awakened,one whose entered the god ranks.Hence they can't sense the rank or strength of someone in the transcendent ranks.

Miss Jade appeared at a different location and Infront of them was an elephant with strange cracks around it's whole body.Miss Jade vanished and Arthur was once again left alone.He looked at the beast Infront of it and smiled.

Before the giant elephant could even move it's body it's four limbs had exploded causing its whole body or what's been left of it to crash onto the ground.It raised it's trunk up and produced a loud sound causing the nearby trees to get destroyed.

Arthur was however not affected in the slightest way.He opened up his palm and the blood of the elephant beast was slowly gathering in his palm forming a small crimson ball.

This attack was the attack the blood wolves used against him.The blood wolves could control blood to a certain extent but Arthur could manipulate blood to his will.This was a huge difference.The blood wolves could only perform that crimson blood ball whiles Arthur could manipulate blood to perform everything that had to do with blood.

This was what made manipulation type abilities much more unique and better than control type abilties.Control type awakened were limited whiles manipulation type awakened were not.

The crimson blood ball floating over his palm slowly increased in size until it stopped growing.Its size could be compared to the size of five balls combined.

Although Arthur could perform it,he still couldn't make it as huge as the one the blood wolves created hence he could only perform a smaller version of the crimson blood.

"Crimson blood"

The crimson blood ball was launched at a decent speed towards the unmoving body of the elephant.The crimson blood touched the tip of its trunk and enveloped it's whole body burning it to a crisp.The only thing left of it was its ashes and its beast core which gave off a domineering aura.

Arthur was truly stunned how this ability worked.By condensing blood to its purest form and manipulating it to boil,it can burn anyone it comes into contact with.

He walked over to where the beast core dropped and absorbed it,well the system did.Miss Jade came in as usual and did her thing transporting him to face off against a different beast.

This time around the beast was a strange looking rabbit.They were known as the Aerial rabbit for their ability to move with insane speed almost as if they were one with the wind.They had a slender build with a smallish body making them more light weighted.

Miss Jade vanished and Arthur stood with with his katana in his grasp."Two more and I'll finally be able to breakthrough to the 3rd stage".
