CHAPTER NINE

Ken looked in Rock's direction with the thought, 'What is he doing here? Don't tell me he will be teaching here!' his expression changed a bit from returning to normal. Ken looked at his roommates, who were talking among themselves and walked towards them.

"I am a little bit scared," said Mar in a timid voice as he shook from head to toe, David looked at him and pushes his glasses and said "There is no need to be afraid as long as you are not the culprit or do you know who the culprit is?" with a questioning face which made Blaze stop playing with his hair and looked at Mar who replied "I have never been to an interrogation before so I don't know what to say there" said Mar with shyness.

Ken pats him on the shoulder before saying "None of us have been to an interrogation before but we are calm and besides you don't have to be scared because they will not make you do what you don't want and won't make you say what you didn't do" with a smile on his face which caused Mar to calm down a bit.

David then said, "Enough with the dramatic speech, and who do you think will be called first among us?" with a stern face, Blaze's face also changed as he said "Whoever is called doesn't matter as all of us will be called so we just have to stay calm and answer the questions asked from us" as the rest nods their head. They continued talking and waiting for their turn to be called.

Late last night.

Jisoo was looking outside of her window, thinking about something when she spotted a running figure towards the forest. "Huh, who is that, and what is he carrying on his shoulder? Well, it is none of my concern," said Jisoo as she shrugs her shoulder and closes her window.

In an interrogation room sat Rock and Kira facing Jisoo, "What did you say you saw last night?" asked Rock as he watched Jisoo with a stern look. "Well, I saw a shadow carrying something on his shoulder and running towards the forest from my window yesterday around 11 pm, but I didn't focus because I had something on my mind, and I locked my window" said Jisoo as she looked at Rock calmly.

"Is that all you saw yesterday, or is there more you have to tell us?" asked Kira as she stopped writing and looked at Jisoo. Jisoo shakes her head. "That is all I saw yesterday, and I have nothing more," said Jisoo. Rock then nods at Kira before turning to Jisoo. "You can leave now. That is all we have to ask, and thank you for your cooperation," said Rock as he stretched his hand to shake Jisoo, but Jisoo just stood and said "You are welcome and you don't have to check my hand as it is my duty as a student of this academy to report what I saw" as she leaves the room.

In the hall, Jisoo, who just entered, looked in Ken's direction before looking another way as she walked in the direction of her roommates, Ken noticed that someone was watching him, but when he turned he saw no one there then he shakes his head thinking that it might be his imagination.

"Candidate 234, please move into room 5," said the speakers in the hall. "Well, that is my cue," said Blaze as he shook the hand of his roommates before walking in the direction of the rooms. As he was walking, he thought,' Could it be Ken because last night he came back late and he was shirtless which could be stained with blood but he decided to keep quiet about it.

Blaze walked into room 5 and saw a beautiful lady and a muscular man sitting together. He was astonished by the beauty of the lady that he was drooling all over the floor. "Have you finished looking?" said the lady in a cold voice. as she looked angrily at Blaze. "Sara, calm down it is not his fault you are just too beautiful for a naive guy like him," said the muscular man who is Lous.

"I am sorry ma'am," said Blaze as he bows repeatedly, Sara sighed and said, "You can have your seat, and if I caught you staring at me, I will make sure you regret it" with a neutral voice. "Yes ma'am," said Blaze as he took his seat opposite Lous and Sara.

"Now, can you tell me your name?" asked Sara while writing something down.

"Blaze ma'am," said Blaze.

"Okay, where were you last night? and what strange things did you notice yesterday? " asked Sara.

"Well, I was in my hostel," said Blaze before keeping silent for a minute before continuing. "I didn't notice any strange yesterday."

'Okay, you can leave now. That is all we have to ask, and we have any other questions to ask. we will call for you on your watch." said Lous, who was quiet throughout the whole investigation. Blaze stood up and left the room. At the door, Blaze held his chest, thinking, 'I am in love,' before rushing to meet his friends.

Arriving at the hall, Blaze spotted his friends and walked towards them "Guys, I think I am in love" shouted Blaze as he rushed towards his friends, the others looked at him in shock before David asked "Who did you fall in love?". "Well, there is this beautiful lady I met in the investigation room she is so pretty, and I just fell in love with her," said Blaze.

"What is her name?" asked Ken while he looked at Blaze, who answered,"My wife's name is Sara. Isn't the name beautiful?" With his face red with shyness. "Can you talk to her, and how are you sure she will return your love because as I see it, she is far older than you?" said David as he pushed his glasses. Blaze face changed as David poured water on his dream, "What should I do?!!!" asked Blaze as he shook David shoulder. "Will you leave me alone, and beside I have to go because my number is called," said David as he took Blaze's hand off his shoulder before walking towards the exit.

Blaze turned to Ken and Mar, who looked away "well my number has been called. Also, I have to leave as well," said Ken as he left Blaze and Mar alone before walking to the exit and whistling. Blaze looked at Mar with puppy eyes, which almost made Mar pity him, but he said "my... my number is also been called so I have to go bye" as he waves at Blaze who was crying alone.
