9 9 - First Friend & Mysterious Vault
Diagon Alley:
Rubeus Hagrid pov:
I was talking to Harry Potter as we walked down the street to Gringotts. I was introducing and informing Harry about the magical world.
Harry: "But Hagrid how am I going to pay for all this, I haven't any money?" he asked while looking in the different store windows.
I pointed at Gringotts
Hagrid: "Well there's all your money Harry, Gringotts the wizard back, take no safer place - not one, well except for happs Hogwarts.
Just as I finished talking to Harry I felt something hit the left side of my leg. I looked down to see a small young boy who almost fell to the ground.
The boy looked into my eyes then smiled at me.
Theoden Pov:
Hagrid: "You o.k there little guy?"
Theo: "I'm sorry, I was in deep thought and was not paying attention. Sorry for that"
I said with an apologetic smile. In return he smiled back at me.
Hagrid: "It is okay it happens to all us once, yee alright though, not hurt are ya?"
Theo: "No I'm fine, my name is Mírë Theoden you can call me Theo for short."
Hagrid: "Hello there Theo, I'm Rubeus Hagrid keeper of keys & grounds at Hogwarts, you can call me Hagrid. This here is Harry a new student at Hogwarts, it's his first time here at Diagon Alley."
Theo: "Nice to me you Hagrid and Harry, I'm a new student as well, are you getting your school supplies as well Harry?"
Harry: "Umm yes we are going to Gringotts bank to get Money and it is nice to meet you too Theo."
Hagrid: "Theo are you a Metamorphmagus by any chance, if ter don't mind I asking."
Harry: "What is a Metamorphmagus Hagrid?"
Hagrid: "A Metamorphmagus is umm a wizard who can chance there body naturally, like hair and eye color Harry."
Theo: "No I'm not a Metamorphmagus, I am an elf, my hair and eyes change color because of my race and the mana flowing in/out of my body and mana in the surroundings."
Hagrid: "Oh I've heard of elves before, always wanted to meet one. Very good at magic, I have always heard from Dumbledore that elves have a very strong connection with magical beasts and plants."
Harry: "What is an elf if you don't mind me asking Theo?"
Theo: "Well elves look very similar to humans but we are magical beings, so we have a strong connection with magic. We all so live for a very long time. There are many types of elves, I'm a Life Elf myself."
Hagrid: "I heard that we were going to have an elf coming to Hogwarts this year I've should put one and one together. why don't we go shopping together for your school supplies, wouldn't that be fun."
Harry/Theo: "Yeah/okay"
The three of us made our way to Gringotts bank together. At the Door to the Bank two Goblins were on both sides of the front door, the both of they were wearing gold & Scarlett armor with silver Spears.
The two Goblins opened the first door to the second that had writing that read.

Inside there was tellers on both sides with doors behind them, the tellers were extremely high so high that they are taller than Hagrid.
Behind the tellers are Goblins counting, writing and reading. They did not pay any attention to anyone other than their fellow Goblins, barely even to the people at there tellers who they are serving.
Harry: "Ah... Hagrid what exactly are these... things?"
Hagrid: "Goblins Harry, clever as they come but not the most friendly of beasts, best you stay close and you too young Theo."
We made our way to the teller at the end, the Goblin was older than the rest with half moon glasses.
He did not pay any attention to us, Hagrid had to cough a few times to get his attention. He looked down at Hagrid then Harry.
Hagrid: "Mr Harry Potter wishes to make a withdrawal."
Old Goblin: "Ah, and does Mr Harry Potter have his key?"
Hagrid: "Oh wait a minute, I've got it here somewhere ---" He patted his clothes and checked his pockets till he pulled out a small gold key.
"ha there's the little devil!" Hagrid paused and leaned forward. "Oh there's something else as well.... Professor Dumbledore gave me this" He pulled out a letter that was marked with 'TOP SECRET' he handed it over before continuing.
"It's about you know what, in vault you know which." Hagrid said
Old Goblin: "Very well"
Hagrid: "Oh almost forgot, sorry young Theo what is it that you need?"
Hagrid turned around to look down at me with a apologetic smile. I smiled back before looking up to the goblin.
The old Goblin looked brown at me before his face for the first time change as he saw me. His face showed a small amount of shock before smiling at me and speaking in common elven which surprised me at little.
Old Goblin: -*"Greetings young Elf, I am Nagnok, It is a pleasure to meet another elf. If you do not mind may I ask for your name young one"*-
Theo: -*"It is nice to meet you as well, I am Theoden Mírë of the Life Elves."*- I said politely
Harry and Hagrid looked at each other in confusion before looking at me and Nagnok.
Nagnok: "Well that is very interesting"
Nagnok said in English while holding his chin.
Theo: "What is?"
Nagnok: "Well there are two vaults made in your Name. One is a family vault and the other is a trust vault. The both accounts were made a little over a month ago. The family vault will not be able to be opened till the year 1995 were you can open the other at any time as long as you do a blood test."
I was socked because I know for a fact that this should not be possible after all I do not know anyone who would do this, nor anyone else who would do this for me.
He offered a knife and a bowl, I cut my hand and dropped 3 large drips into the bowl. Nagnok tested my blood before giving me a ring.
I put the ring on, only for it to glow then resized to fit perfectly on my finger. The ring was Gold with a green tree that Leafs were made of small emeralds.
After that Nagnok gestured to another Goblin who took the three of us to a railcar that took us down towards the vaults.
As we rode the railcar Harry turned to me and asked.
Harry: "Theo what was that language that you and the Goblin talked in?"
Theo: "Well that was common elven, common elven is the simple version of elven tounge. Elven tounge is my native language just like how English is yours"
Hagrid: "Ah I heard of that from Professor Dumbledore, Elven tounge is a very powerful magic language or something.
Theo: "Elven tounge is very important to us elves and our magic"
After that we arrived at Harry's vault, vault number 687 the Goblin opened the vault with Harry's key. Inside was a huge amount of gold galleons.
Hagrid: "Didn't think their leave nothing for ye'a Harry"
The next vault was number 713.
Harry: "What's in here Hagrid?"
Hagrid: "Can't tell you Harry, Hogwarts business very secret"
Goblin: "Stand back"
The Goblin opened up the vault inside was a small item wrapped in a paper and string. Hagrid quickly grabbed it before looking at Harry and I.
Hagrid: "Best not to mention this to anyone boys"
We both just nod our heads. Next we went even further down to my vault number 754.
We stoped at the vault and the Goblin said to me.
Goblin: "Please come here, place the ring here and turn it for the door to open"
I did asked and opened the vault door inside was a large amount of Galleons half the amount of Harry's has but was still a large amount for me especially after using almost all of my money on my trunk.
Galleons were not the only thing in the vault, But Elvish currency, Silver-Leaf which is made up of 4 different coins copper, silver, gold and royal platinum.
The value of each coin is as following
25 copper = 1 silver
50 silver = 1 gold
100 gold = 1 royal platinum
The vault had a massive amount of Silver-Leaf currency piled up in 4 different massive piles largest being copper and the smallest being Royal Platinum.
In the middle of the vault was a large chest made of a silver wood. On top was a book and letter written in elven tounge. Next to them was a small money purse.
Hagrid, Harry and the Goblin were shocked by the amount of strange coins in the vault. I walked into the vault and took the letter.

You must have many questions, and I know that you want answers. I must therefore tell you that somethings you are not ready to know or strong enough to know of yet.
We can not openly support you or allow your true identity to by released to any elves or especially to humans for now.
This vault is to help you start your journey. Under you will find a book and a chest, the book contains all current elven laws and other important information about the current state of the elven race. The chest is a Royal vault box which can only be opened from the blood of true royalty, We do not know of the contents of the chest but it is said to contain royal artifacts.

I was shocked about the contents of the letter, for that means that the Grand High Elves clan was still in existence. Which is a super plus for me.
I hear mother's voice tell me to drop my blood on lock of the chest, After dropping 5 drops the chest opened to reveal it's contents.
Inside was Three large eggs that changed color constantly, A set of Robes/ with a Elven coronet on top and bags of plant seeds.
The Robe was white, gold, silver and green. The coronet was Gold and silver with a single emerald magic gemstone. I looked through the seeds and found that they were of different rare or extinct plants. And finally a pear of daggers with a sword.
The three eggs I recognised from my inherited memories were familiar eggs. Eggs that when hatched through a special ritual will be bound to the owners soul. No one knows what you will get from an egg but it will definitely be powerful.
But the robe and coronet is what stood out most for me because this set was the Sacred Robes of Holy Light. These robes and crown are connected to my Grimoire and made from the same source.
It has multiple abilities, some are the ability to change there appreciate, mana purification for the user overtime, dark magic resistants, Mind protection, healing, self cleaning, repairing, self-sizing and ability to turn into armor.
The Sword was made of elven silver with Gold patterns, I could not see the blade for it was in a scabbard. The Daggers were the same as the Sword but smaller.
As I was feeling the sword when Harry and Hagrid walk over to look in the chest. They were shocked about the contents, for Harry he was shocked about the sword and daggers. Hagrid was looking at the eggs with intense interest and curiosity.
Harry: "Is that a sword and knifes!?!" he asked with excitement
Theo: "Yeah but they are daggers not knifes"
Hagrid: "What are those eggs yea have there?"
Theo: "These are familiar eggs, they are basically eggs that hatch a magical beasts that are stronger than the same magical beast. They also have more abilities like the ability to shrink.
The small purse had a small hidden extension charm, anti-theft charm and locking charm for storing money.
After we left Gringotts we started to go shopping for all our school supplies, along the way I picked up my trunk and payed for it.
Harry: "All I need is my wand"
Hagrid: "Well Ollivanders that's wear you want to go best wand makers in the world Ollivanders is. Well you two go in I'll go do something real quick"
Harry and I entered Ollivanders, I went straight up stairs to put my things into the guest room.
After I came back down Harry had just gotten his wand. Just then Hagrid knocked on the window he held up a cage with a white and spotted owl.
After talking to Harry for a while before promising to meet at the train station at 10:30.
Later that day I set the eggs down in the middle of the room before cutting my hand to draw a small magic circle around the eggs. I then Dropped my blood on the eggs before chanting.
The left egg glowed a Gold/Scarlett, the right egg glowed White/Gold, The middle and final egg glowed 9 colors.
After the ritual had finished the eggs continued to glow but the glowing was soft. The eggs would hatch sometime in the next few days.
After putting the eggs on pillows to keep safe, I started to study spells and subjects for Hogwarts.

3rd pov:
The next day in England's countryside there is a large mansion. Inside the mansion was the Vardo family. Right now The head of the family was in his office with his wife. Balin is a handsome elf with white blonde hair and light purple eyes, Vena is a beautiful women with light golden blonde hair and has bright ocean blue eyes.
He is sitting behind the office desk, his wife Vena is standing behind him. Balin called for his son Alexander to come into his office.
Alexander entered to find his parents were very serious, so Alexander sat down on the chair in front of the desk. Alexander was a tall elf for his age, he had golden blonde hair just like his mother and he also had her bright ocean blue eyes.
Balin: "I have called you here for a very serious matter, you have been wondering why we moved to England for, We came to England for you to attend Hogwarts. We have already had you accepted into the school. The reason why you are going to Hogwarts is well..."
He paused while looking into Alexanders eyes before continuing.
"Is to follow the mission of our blood, the very reason why our clan exists, the reason for all the training you have been through. But before we get to that, we have your inheritance to help you with your struggles and to be there for you. Come with me." Balin and Vena walked out of the room with Alexander following behind them till they reached a room with a large chest in it. Balin walked forward and opened the chest.
Alexander looked into the chest and found a few items three eggs, two books, a sword, a full set of armor and finally a staff.
Balin grabbed the three eggs before walking to a magic cycle. he then called Alexander over and cut his hand. The blood fell onto the eggs.
The eggs glowed different colors each, the right a red lava, left purple/turquoise, the middle one is silver/blue.
After glowing for a while they started to crack and hatch. Two animals and one plant came of the the eggs and they were....

Diagon Alley September the 1st:
Theoden Pov:
I am packing all my things into my trunk, all my books clothes and other things. One of the best things about this trunk was that it had different storage compartments for everything, one for clothes, potion items, books, school supplies and other things.
Thankfully I did not get a normal trunk I would have not been able to put all my stuff in it. The reason I am packing all my stuff is because today is the last day I will be staying or working at Ollivanders.
After all I was only burrowing the guest room. After packing I looked other to the three eggs that were about to hatch any second now, I did not think that they would almost take entire month. As I look at the time I still have 4 hours till 11:00 clock.
The first egg to hatch is the left egg, out of it came a small little white with gold dragon he had green eyes and four horns on his head. He started to eat the eggshells.
Next was the right egg which exploded in to a small bold and red flame before turning into a bird made of gold & Red flames a Phoenix.
The Last egg hatch to reveal a small baby silver & white fox but the baby fox did not have one tail, no it had 9 each with a different color tip. The colors were green, turquoise, yellow, white, black, red, purple, blue and a mental silver.
After all of them had eaten there eggshells, they all looked up to me, I could feel their emotions and a very strong connection to all three. The three were asking for names, I smiled before naming them in the order they hatched.
The Dragon's name is now Tanwen the little young holy dragon, The bright and everlasting Phoenix her name is now Starlight. The final one and the smallest her names is Mia.
After feeding them I put them in to a animal carrying cage were they fell asleep. Then made my way to kings cross station. To meet Harry.
I arrived a few minutes early and waited till I saw him pushing his trolley over to me.
Theo: "Hey we need to hurry or we'll be late!!"
We made our way to platform 9 but could not find our platform for the train. we waited a few seconds only to see a large red hair family the Weasley family.
I walked other to Molly and asked her how to get to the train. She happily should Harry and I how to cross the barrier.
After we got to a carriage and sat down I pulled out a book, then we started talking before the compartment door opened to show the second youngest Weasley.
Ron: "Do mind I join you guys the other compartments are full or taken?"
Harry: "Sure" he sat a cross from me, next to Harry.
Ron: "I'm Ron Weasley"
Theo: "hey Ron, how is going"
Ron: "Oh hey Theo" Ron said with a smile on his face, I have seen Ron and his family almost every year since I started working at Ollivanders, I would sell them my books magic Theory, control and my second hand books every year. a very nice family but Ron did have a jealousy problem but I have been trying to help him fix it. it is still there but it is not unbearable like before.
Harry: "it's nice to meet you I'm harry Potter"
Ron: "Your Harry Potter!! Do you have t-he the..."
Harry: "Scar?"
Ron: "yeah the the scar" Harry showed his lightning bolt scar to Ron "wicked!!"
The door was knocked and opened to show a tall boy with long gold blonde hair and bright ocean blue eyes. But what was most striking was the fact he had long pointed ears, he was another elf.
???: "Can I join you all the others are full?"
Harry/Ron: "Yep/Go ahead"
????: "Thanks my name is Alexander Vardo"
Alexander sat down right next to me, Ron looked at Alexander and saw his ears then looked at my ears before asking.
Ron: "Your an elf aren't you just like Theo"
Alex: "Yes I'm an elf" before turning to me
Alex: *"Hello my friend it is a pleasure to meet a fellow elf at Hogwarts"*
I put the book down before shaking his hand and replying with my own greetings.
Theo: *"It is a pleasant surprise and a pleasure as well Alexander"
The four boys started to talk before the door opened to show an old lady pushing a trolly full of candy and food. She asked us if we wanted anything. Ron showed his sandwich and I asked if there were any elven snacks which to my delight there were so I brought them to share where Harry brought the hole trolly of food.
We were talking about the food till Harry's frog jump out the compartment window. Next Ron was getting ready to use a spell on his fat rat yellow.
When a girl came to the door asking about a lost toad.
Hermione: "Have any of you seem a lost toad, Oh you are trying a spell let's see then"
Ron did the spell only for it to fail.
Hermione: "Are you sure that a real spell, well it's not ver-" she stop when she looked over to me then when red before saying hello and leaving in a flustered hurry.
Ron, Harry Alex and I just looked at each other with 'What just happen expressions'. webwere broken out of our stupor when the conductor announced we would be arriving at Hogwarts soon. The others got changed while I just change my Holy robes appearance to the school robes.
We got off of the train to only hear Hagrid yell
"First y-ears, first years come here, come here!!"
We follow Hagrid down a long slippy path till we reached the lake were the boats are waiting for us. Hagrid yelled "Four per boat no more come on, come on."
As we went across the lake in a little boats we can finally see Hogwarts in its full Glory a huge castle with the lights illuminating the night sky and the dark night.
Hagrid yelled "Duck ye'a heads"
We got off the boats to walk up dozens of stairs tell Hagrid knocked on a door. The door was opened to show Professor McGonagall Vic-headmaster of Hogwarts. "Thank you Hagrid. Now follow me please"
She led if to the great hall and we entered a small hall on the side.
"Welcome to Hogwarts," said Professor McGonagall. "The start-of-term banquet will begin shortly, but before you take your seats in the Great Hall, you will be sorted into your houses. The Sorting is a very important ceremony because, while you are here, your house will be something like your family within Hogwarts. You will have classes with the rest of your house, sleep in your house dormitory, and spend free time in your house common room.
"The four houses are called Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, and Slytherin. Each house has its own noble history and each has produced outstanding witches and wizards. While you are at Hogwarts, your triumphs will earn your house points, while any rulebreaking will lose house points. At the end of the year, the house with the most points is awarded the house cup, a great honor. I hope each of you will be a credit to whichever house becomes yours.
"The Sorting Ceremony will take place in a few minutes in front of the rest of the school. I suggest you all smarten yourselves up as much as you can while you are waiting."
Her eyes lingered for a moment on Neville's cloak, which was fastened under his left ear, and on Ron's smudged nose. Harry nervously tried to flatten his hair.
"I shall return when we are ready for you," said Professor McGonagall. "Please wait quietly."
She left the chamber. Harry swallowed.
"How exactly do they sort us into houses?" he asked Ron.
"Some sort of test, I think. Fred said it hurts a lot, but I think he was joking."
Alexander and I just rolled our eyes at Ron.
Draco Malfoy came up to Harry a did a stupid speech outline supremacy and all that nonsense. Harry refused be take his hand and said "I think I can tell the sort myself thanks"
Then water balloons were thrown at a couple of students feet wetting their shoes and socks before a ghost appeared to chase off the one who caused it.
At this time Professor McGonagall came back and led us into the great hall. The great hall had thousands of candles floating above with 4 tables, two on each side, ceiling was enchanted to look like the story sky. We were then lined up. Professor McGonagall put a stall down and a hat that came to live and singed a song.
"Oh you may not think I'm pretty,
But don't judge on what you see,
I'll eat myself if you can find
A smarter hat than me.
You can keep your bowlers black,
Your top hats sleek and tall,
For I'm the Hogwarts Sorting Hat
And I can cap them all.

Then Professor McGonagall started call up names of students.

(Important Note: now I know everyone wants the character to be in this house or that house . and I know some will not be happy with MCs house.
But I want you all the know that I did this for a reason that is very important for the future of my book and will change/follow my plan and backstory I have.
And I did this for a couple of reason from the lore to the story, how I want the book to go and cetera. And please remember this is a AU world.
