Chapter 106: Girls in Love (1)

The stone walls looked damp from the place where the secret base was located. Right there, a boy with black hair and eyes of the same color walks. Beside him stands a girl and a boy. The girl had blood red hair and the boy had pale skin and sharp teeth.

The black-haired boy, Sasuke, narrowed his eyes as he remembered the past. He remembered that day as if it had been yesterday, even though it had actually been two years. That scene of Toru looking at him with that stupid emotionless face still had Sasuke internally conflicted.

'Toru... you said we're enemies now... I was hoping you could join me in my revenge against Itachi. Haha... but who would have guessed that you would end up being betrayed in such a stupid way. A gigantic explosion of water attracted the attention of all the villagers. Although it was obvious what was happening, everyone was still surprised to see Toru and Konan training.

Toru kept moving through the water like a swift insect while Konan tried to cut through it with the sharp paper blades. But even if she tried with all her chakra, Konan couldn't hit him, the only option she had was to use one of her most powerful jutsu and knock him out, but that wasn't going to be easy, as Toru moves at high speeds and getting him distracted was out of the question.

'My sight is back... If I don't do anything about this, I'll end up going blind.'

Looking up, Toru saw Konan and his eyes flashed. Almost instantly, he disappeared and reappeared in front of her.

Toru took Konan by the chin and looked into her eyes. Konan didn't change her serious expression at that moment, but Toru did. He smiled softly as he said, "Learn from your mistakes by using pain as a means."

Being hit by Toru in the stomach, Konan fell into the water, but Toru appeared at once to take her in his arms.

For a second, Toru felt the warmth of Konan's body in his hands. He was soft, very soft. It was a strange feeling for Toru, but somehow he liked that feeling. This made Toru smile as he looked at Konan.

"You stabbed my back. At least I should have a little revenge."

Konan looked at Toru and frowned. Feeling Toru's hands touching her body was a bit unpleasant, so she quickly summoned a wave of paper sheets that took care of hitting Toru and sending him flying into a building.

After that, Konan sighed and called an end to the training, as Toru was bleeding to death. Nagato had previously told Konan that he must not let Toru die, as he is a key player in Akatsuki's plans.

Night fell so fast it was hard to notice. The sandstorms intensified and giant beasts began to prowl through the sand.

Inside the shelter, all the ninja who qualified for the next trial were gathered. Among them was Ajisai's team.

Ajisai and his team came in second place thanks to Toru allowing Ajisai to establish a contract with the Ōkami, this made it possible for her to summon Okaminaru.

"Fuyo, haven't you found anything yet? I have suspicions of someone, but I can't be sure" Ajisai frowned and looked at all the ninja that were in the place.

In the middle of the large room, there were two tables filled with food. It was a perfect feast for ninjas tired from running for three days straight. The Ajisai team was far away from everyone, so it was almost impossible for anyone to overhear them unless they had very developed hearing. Suiren had already taken measures regarding that, though.

"I suspect someone too. I guess we suspect the same person. You haven't found anything, Suiren?"

"No, not yet. I have analyzed most of the shinobi present here, but there is no one with chakra as great as Shi no Tenshi-sama's. Well, there are two people with ridiculous chakra, but they don't surpass our sensei."

"Ha~ I'm hungry" Interrupting the conversation, Ino decided that they shouldn't think about such sad things and forget about everything by eating Sunagakure's food. So she got up to go get some snacks, but realized something.

Far away from that place, in the other corner of the dining room, was a fat guy, who was sweating like a waterfall.

Ino sensed danger as the fat guy stood up and started walking in the direction of the food tables. She could feel a shiver run down her back and then a small bead of sweat fell from her forehead. At that instant, everyone stood up and thought the same thing. "If that guy gets anywhere near the food, we're screwed."

Suddenly, at that very moment, a gentle breeze touched Ino's arm and then she realized that Hinata had disappeared. It only took a second to realize that girl rammed into the guy using one of her palms to push him back, but that didn't do any good, the fat guy's sweat splashed with direct trajectory to the food on the tables.

Neji acted fast and used Hakke Kūshō to push the drops against the wall.

"Did he make it?" Rising from his seat, Rock Lee felt nervous. At the same time, Tenten, who was nearby, sighed nervously. For she realized the tragedy.

"No, he didn't..."

Hearing Tenten in such a disappointed voice, Enko looked at everything in disgust, for now the food was on the ground thanks to Chouji appearing out of nowhere and being hit by Neji's jutsu.

This, for some reason, started a pitched battle between all the shinobi present. The Suna shinobi were offended at losing the food, while the shinobi who were the fat guy's companions stood up to start a fight. Neji was the one who received the first blow, while Rock Lee appeared to defend him.

One after another, the others joined the fight and in a single second the whole dining room had turned into total chaos.

Meanwhile, Hinata looked at her hand and couldn't help but feel nauseous. The fat guy's sweat had stuck to her hand.

"I think I'll take a bath..."

Sneaking through all the Chaos, Hinata disappeared. Ino and Sakura saw this, so they followed her, running away from all the conflict. At the same time, a little further away, Ajisai's team was fighting against some guys looking for a fight. They were able to beat them easily, however, earlier when Neji prevented the fat guy's sweat from falling on the food, they received some of the sweat because they were close, or rather, farther away.

So, taking advantage of the fact that they saw some girls running away easily, they continued on the same path and disappeared.

Hinata sighed heavily and closed her eyes.

"When we arrived I didn't see this bathroom. It's big and I'm surprised it's not outdoors. It's good though, because this could keep the perverts away."

Sakura felt at ease when she saw the bath. It seemed to be artificial hot springs, which would make any girl happy.

Ino also thought the same thing. So they wasted no time and followed Hinata, who at that moment was about to take off her clothes to leave them in the locker basket on the wall. However, she looked at Ino and Sakura for a second. Her face turned red and she stood with her arms raised about to take off her sweater.

Ino saw this and couldn't help but hold in her laughter. She had bathed together with Hinata before, but every time they bathed together, Hinata felt embarrassed to show her naked body. Even if it's just in front of her female friends, she feels very embarrassed.

This was something Sakura did not understand. So an evil smile formed on her mouth and appeared behind Hinata. She took this girl's sweater and forcibly took it off.

Apparently, Ajisai's team ignored Sakura's team and went to the other side of the hot spring. They bathed before entering the water, finally all three of them met and relaxed in the water.
