Lada runs from the ball room hall to the grand staircase and into the hallway.
Tears keep falling down her face.
"Lada..my sunshine! Please wait for me." Aunt Galina called out.
I stopped and wiped my tears.
Aunt Galina is weary and feeling breathless while she approached me.
"Is there something wrong, My sunshine?" she sternly asked.
Then, I started to sob.
Aunt Galina hugged me tightly.
"Did I do the right thing Aunt Galina?" I asked genuinely.
"Oh my sunshine! You had made your decisions to fight for your life. I know, deep in my heart that you have a wonderful soul. I was there when you grew up. You are maybe hard headed at times but you always never failed me. Your parents are surely proud of you, of how you become. Just always remember My Sunshine, that whatever happens, I will always stand beside you" she said consoling me.
"Hush... Hush now... My sunshine. Let's get into our chamber now" she added.
