The Prince who didn't learn proper Etiquette

Cross' face was pitch black as he listened to Jasmine and Luna argue.

Luna said "Like I said, if you don't truly love him, I will kill you." Jasmine retorted "As if you could? Plus, do you think he would let you?" Luna felt her mouth twitch as she said "You think he would choose you over me? Not to mention that I'm his wife, I'm 100 times more beautiful than you."

Jasmine flared up and said "In your dreams! How old are you again?" Luna felt her eyes twitch and she said "Wanna ask that again, loli?" Jasmine shouted "I'M NOT A LOLI! YOU OLD BITCH!"

Cross put his hand in between them as he said "Can't I fish in peace? You were both fine before, why are you fighting now? It's annoying." Jasmine and Luna fell silent, Cross smiled and said "See? Friends. You're both big girls, not children. Speaking of which, where are Zephyr and Pandora?"

Luna replied "I do-" a loud 'whoosh' sound came from above them, Cross looked up and saw Zephyr and Pandora flying on separate Horntail Basilisk Dragons. He shouted "Be careful! Don't hurt yourselves!"

Zephyr and Pandora shouted "Alright, daddy!" before flying off.

Cross sighed "Fucking kids, gonna give me a heart attack one day..." Luna smiled and Jasmine said softly "They're so precious..." she sighed and looked at the lake with a sad expression. Luna rubbed her back and whispered in her ear, Jasmine's face turned red and she didn't know what to say.

Luna giggled and they started talking more, as if they didn't just fight. Cross shook his head and continued fishing.

A while later

Yun Che flew over and said "Big Bro.. You're amazing. If I was a woman I would fall in love with you for sure." Cross spat and said with a smirk "Fuck off." Yun Che chuckled and landed on the boat, Jasmine returned to the Sky Poison Pearl and Yun Che had an awkward expression as he said "What do I call you now? You're with Jasmine and my wife is your disciple, not to mention you're the godfather of my child..."

Cross smacked him and said "What do you think? Call me the same of course! Oh right! Being the big brother that I am, I naturally have something for you." he looked at Luna and gave her a kiss before saying "See you later, my love." Luna smiled sweetly and waved as he left with Yun Che.

They came out of the inner world and Cross tossed a brown marble at Yun Che, who caught it and said "The Earth seed!? Where did you find this?!" Cross scratched his head and said "That's a really long story.. The short of it is, I went on a soul searching journey and traveled to the bottom of the sea before finding it."

Cang Yue walked out of the crack and Yun Che was stunned as he said "The bottom of the sea?" Cross nodded and said "This guy... Maybe he likes to play jokes. Who the fuck was going to find it at the bottom of the sea?! Along with the other one..."

Yun Che said "You found another one too?!" Cross smiled and said "That one's a secret~" Yun Che rolled his eyes and Cang Yue said "Um, Yun Che." Yun Che looked at Cang Yue and said "Yes, my wife?" Cang Yue smiled and dragged him away.

Cross was sitting outside and heard a loud shout "REAPER! YOUR REIGN OF TERROR ENDS TODAY!" Cross looked up in the sky to see a man with a sword hovering in the air. Cross said "Excuse me, can you come down? I don't have a habit of looking up to talk to people." someone shouted "OMG! The Sword Saint, Ling Tianni!"

Cross looked at that person and they fizzled out of existence as if that was their sole purpose in life.

Cross looked back at Ling Tianni and said "So can you come down? Are you a child? Yelling from up there, honestly some people...." Ling Tianni shouted "Fiend! Die!" as he slashed out at Cross.

Cross sighed and stopped looking at Ling Tianni, he just pointed forward and shattered the sword light. Ling Tianni shot forward and slashed his sword saying "Try my 81 Extreme sword slashes of Perfection!"

Cross had a bored look on his face as he stood still, blocking all 81 Extreme Perfect slashes with a single finger. He then said "Couldn't you come up with a better name? 81 Extreme Sword Slashes of Perfection is so long..." Ling Tianni shouted "You are strong demon! But I shall vanquish you! Eternal Sword Slash of Heaven's Supreme God of the Sword!"

Cross' face fell, this move....

A massive golden slash came down from the sky towards Cross, who swung his fist out shouting "You stupid old man! What kind of name is that!? Do you have shit for brains!? Eternal Sword WHAT!? Can't you just keep silent while fighting!? Then people won't think you're a moron for naming you moves with paragraph sized names!"

The surrounding people were startled by the outburst and Ling Tianni was stunned, his sword slash was shattered and he stuttered "I-I-" Cross cut him off and pointed at him saying "Do you have Dementia?! How old are you? Did you name this move by yourself? If not I suggest you go to who ever taught you and give them a good slap! This name isn't cool at all!"

Cross threw his hands up in the air in fury as he continued "I have to take several pauses just to say the name of the move so I don't suffocate and die! Plus you used the word 'Sword' twice! TWICE!" Cross waved his hands in a huff and said "Scram! Scram! Get out of here before you infect me with your awful disease!"

Cross grabbed Ling Tianni's collar and threw him into the sky, out of the Imperial city. He stomped back to the Palace and shouted "And someone change the name of the Blue Wind Sect! Too many Palaces!" the people who witnessed the event were speechless! This guy.. isn't he a little too crazy?

Cross created a hammock out of strings and laid down in it, he didn't kill Ling Tianni because he decided to limit his killing boner for now, plus he had a suspicion that Tianni was related to Ling Jie. If he killed his disciple's family, wouldn't he look bad?

Yun Che and Cang Yue came back and Yun Che looked to be in a daze, as Cang Yue smiled at said "Cross, can you get the rest of the girls?" Cross waved and Little Aunt, Chu Yuechan, and Qingyue came out.

Cang Yue held all their hands and said "We're getting married in 2 months." everyone including Cross was stunned and Cang Yue added "But not just me. Lingxi and Yuechan as well." everyone was stunned again and Cang Yue turned to Qingyue before bowing 90 degrees and asking "Will you allow this?"

Cang Yue was trembling in anxiety and Qingyue was stunned, she was being asked? She looked at everyone before smiling softly and saying "Okay." Cang Yue hugged her in excitement and jumped up and down as she said "Thank you, big sister! You must be our bride's maid!" the other two nodded.

Cross scratched his stubble and looked at the shell shocked Yun Che. He chuckled and Luna walked out of the crack saying "I don't know why you're laughing. You're going too." Cross pointed at himself in shock as he said "I'm not marrying anyone, am I?"

Very poor choice of words.

Luna felt her mouth twitch and her fists turned back before she beat the shit out of him saying "Why?! Were you expecting to????" the rest stepped away, silently praying for Cross to come out of this alive.

Two months later

Yun Che had eaten the Earth Seed and his strength went to Earth Realm Peak. Cross had been converting and his realm was at Sovereign Realm 5th level. He was getting close to the Divine Origin Realm and fully converting his strength.

Cross felt that something very spectacular would happen when he did that. Though he had no idea what it was.

Currently though,

Cross was sitting in a full black suit and his black hair was slicked back, next to him was Luna in her own beautiful dress and next to her, Zephyr and Pandora were sitting silently. The two little trouble makers couldn't wait to let loose on all the people here, pranking people in the castle was fun and all but after you prank the same person 24 times they get used to it.

Simply put, Xiao Lie, Lingxi, Xenophilius, and Yun Canghai were immune to their pranks. Ling Jie was constantly practicing his sword play like a maniac and Chu Yuechan was practicing her Arts while taking care of Wuxin.

Forget about Luna, they sometimes got reverse pranked by her!

Now, seeing all these fresh faces, the two little monsters wanted nothing more than to let loose, but Cross tied them to their chairs and said "After the wedding." which bummed them out. they wanted to start pranking!

Unfortunately, their tiny cultivations was nothing in front of Cross. They were only in the Nascent Realm after all. Which stunned everyone else speechless, the only thing Cross said about it was "Good genes." and that was the end of that conversation.

Cross was holding Wuxin and Luna was chatting with Yufeng, almost all the sects were invited. It was truly a grand event, even Ling Yun came! Not that he was doing anything spectacular, he was falling over himself, talking with Daphne. He was truly enamored.

Daphne was giving mixed signals, she was a cold person by nature to everyone except her family really. But her words were somehow sweet, though they sounded cold. It was very strange.

Ling Jie was cheering about how great his boss was to actually marry his junior sister, Lingxi, the princess, and Qingyue. While the girls were all embarrassed, they still smiled at his praises, which seemed to be endless.

All in all it was a joyous event, until...

"Divine… Phoenix Empire's Thirteenth Prince… Feng Xichen has arrived!"

Cross was drinking wine from a cup when he heard 'Feng' he trembled and crushed the cup in his hands. The wine splashed into the air and Luna pursed her lips, throwing Cross a funny look. He coughed and the wine flew into another cup.

He looked over at the man and Feng Xichen went straight forward, walked to the center of the hall, and gave Cang Wanhe a simple courtesy as he spoke with a faint smile: "This junior, Feng Xichen of the Divine Phoenix Sect, pays respect to the honored Blue Wind Emperor. Coming forward without notice this time, I hope that Blue Wind Emperor is magnanimous, and won't be hard on me." before showing Cang Wanhe the Divine Phoenix Jade as proof.

Cang Wanhe got to the point as he asked "The matter you came for... It's the Profound Sky Seven Nation Ranking Tournament?" Cross rolled his eyes and muttered "Such a name.. It's truly too extravagant..." Luna giggled and shook her head.

Feng Xichen nodded and smiled "Of course! This junior came with a personal invitation!" as he fished out the invitation, Cang Wanhe waved and someone took it. Feng Xichen said "Of course there's another matter... It happens to be the Phoenix blood that lies on your new Son-in-law's body." as he pointed at Yun Che.

Cross rolled his eyes and said "It's never just a single thing is it? Why do these people just keep coming along? It's like one after the other..." the tense atmosphere shattered and everyone looked at Cross.

Feng Xichen said "And you are?" as his gaze landed on Luna for a few seconds before shifting back to Cross. How could Cross not see this guy's shifty eyes, he rolled his own eyes as he said "You are unqualified to know my name. Also, are you sure you're a prince?"

Feng Xichen grinded his teeth and said "Surely you saw-" Cross cut him off with a sigh as he said "I see, so you're just an idiot. Don't you see what's going on here? In case you haven't opened your eyes or are blind, let me generously detail the scene that you should have seen when you walked in."

Cross pointed at Yun Che and said flatly "You attended a wedding, without a proper invitation, and now you're conducting Royal business during the time where the Wedding is supposed to be starting. First of all, unlike you, I don't like to waste time listening to other people talk. Some people here actually shifted their schedules to come to this wedding and pay their respects."

Cross waved his hand and continued "So obviously you think you are above others and our time is not as precious as yours. Might I remind you that you are the 13th prince, which means that there are 12 other princes ahead of you. Also, you are addressing an Emperor, which is a supreme status well above prince, especially the 13th one. Mind your matters and hold your tongue until the wedding is over."

Cross sighed and added "Honestly, does the Divine Phoenix Empire not have etiquette teachers? I'm surprised your father even sent you in the first place, wouldn't it be awful if you offended someone you shouldn't have and the Divine Phoenix Empire turned into a flat land devoid of life?"

Everyone sucked in a cold breath of air and Feng Xichen was trembling in either rage or humiliation, it wasn't clear, he opened his mouth but Cross added "Also, if you value your life you will stop looking at my wife with your filthy eyes full of lust." he waved and a chair flew through the air behind the prince, smashing against the back of his knees, forcing him to sit as he was bound to the chair and his mouth was forced shut as he moved to a spot at a table with others.

Cross said "Continue." Yun Che chuckled and continued the wedding as if nothing happened.
