The last alpha

Onyx was raised as a human and unaware of the truth of his identity. He started experiencing bizarre complications when a werewolf approaches him, his mate. Despite ignoring his fate as werewolf, onyx had his first shift in the woods and a wave of enormous power rises inside his body. Curious of his abilities, he went in search of finding the truth which was kept hidden from him. On his way to become the fated werewolf, Onyx made few friend and enemies but the one who is waiting for him patiently is yet to face him. CHAPTER 24

　　The darkness lurked around me as I ran deeper in the woods, without looking back. I had no idea where I went and how to get out of this deadly labyrinth. The panic rose in my heart and I wanted to throw a fit in rage.

　　The darkness scared me since I was a child and the same thing is happening now. I halted between the middle of the woods and I have no clue where to head and in which direction i should lead first,

　　The cold sweat swept over my face and beads dropped from the hair. Was I scared of something? Yes! But from what? I can’t explain.

　　My chest palpated and the heart was ready to explode. The heat rushed into my veins like a thrombus fulminates. The lump in my throat got stuck and it was hard to swallow deep down. I can’t think straight. I screamed and pulled my hair. Finally! giving up on the ground.
