Viktoria City is widely known for its secrets, shady groups, and its underground, there's a myth saying that this city births a lot of assassins that scatter around Lanima Region, and no one has yet to end its cycle, to reduce the death rate in Lanima Region, not even the Scope Enterprise have figured out a way to end the continuous birth of a lot of assassins in Viktoria City.
So, they surrendered, for now, until someone finds an actual and proper way to end it all.
One of the myths that were birthed in Viktoria City is the greatest assassin of the century, an assassin so great that no one knows what he or she looks like, nobody even knows if that assassin is a man or a woman, how old the assassin is, or his whereabouts, because when the assassin of the east is needed, the assassin will appear.
