In the Void Again

It's dark, silent, and yet it is deafening. I can't feel anything nor see anything. Yet somehow, it feels nostalgic.

"Guess I really did die, huh?" I thought. Then I realized that I don't have the requirements to be in the void.

[DANGER! You are inside the Void! Total erosion imminent!]

[Notice. You are being protected by the Void Barrier. Erosion prevented.]

"Wait, I have Resurrection in the Material Realm! Why am I here!?" I shouted.

"It seems that she was sharper than before." a male voice said. But that voice was easily recognizable for me.

"That voice...Argeizeth!?" I said. And that same silver being that I first met came before me.

"It has been a while, Alden Gray. Or should I say, Kain Void." Argeizeth said. I looked at myself that my body is transparent and wispy. I had questions to ask, but Argeizeth stopped me, knowing what I'd do.

"I know you have a lot of questions, so I'll answer. When you died, I took your soul into the Void Realm, but knowing you're not an Undefined, you'll die within seconds. So, I protected you with the barrier I created to prevent any erosion." Argeizeth explained.

"But how did you pinpoint my location of death?" I asked.

"When that Heavenkin first appeared atop of your cabin, wielding the Ultimate Skill called Holy Law of Dominance Aura. Also the help of Meltozo." Argeizeth continued. "Also we already knew of your location long before you went to Dystoark."

"Already? The moment I unlocked my hidden skills." I said, realizing it. "The first time I unlocked it while in Valtuz."

"Exactly." Argeizeth nodded.

"HAHAHAHA!! This guy's incredible! He killed armies of bandits, monsters, some Hellkins and killed a hero, the same guy who nearly killed you!" another voice rang out and that red figure came out.

Venrax, the Crimson Scourge appeared with his big sinister smile on his face, reveling the sharp and white misshapen teeth.

"The best part is where he fought the Demon Lord with his bare hands! I can't stop smiling!" Venrax said. Then his smile faded.

"Then you had to get found out and get killed by some valkyrie." Venrax said.

"Well, sorry for getting killed by Solufreya that the OCD goddess have on speed dial. I knew the risks unlocking these skills." I said with sarcasm, crossing my incorporeal arms.

"0.1 percent, it's crazy! I didn't even reach one percent and died to one of her lackeys! Such bullshit!" I voiced my displeasure as I lived 10 years and died.

"However, you have a Resurrection skill, therefore you can revive without complications as long your soul isn't damaged." Argeizeth said. "But the reason for the deities to become aware that quickly is because you evolved Arex and got her involved in multiple events. And you grew too quickly."

"It'll be unprecedented if a child happen to reach V rank at the age of 10. The highest any child ever gotten was rank B." Meltozo said encroaching above me. "Hopefully this death would be a lesson for you as to avoid growing too fast since threat of Deities is much different than Hellkin and Heavenkin."

What Meltozo said about Deities being different is because they're much worse. They're proven that they're 10x worse than any of them. So 0.1 percent is basically having a Deity summon a Heavenkin to take care of a threat. Anything above 1 percent is having them directly involved.

But if I die in any way, the threat is reset.

"Alright, I'll be sure to be careful." I said, looking at Meltozo until her numerous eyes looked elsewhere. I also looked and see a hooded figure holding a sword is coming into my view.

"Hey, Nulrex. I didn't hear you come." I said with sarcasm.

Nulrex didn't say anything nor did any gesture. It just looked at me. Then a red light was seen in the distance.

"Ah, it seems there is someone you haven't met yet." Argeizeth said. The red light soon get closer and heading at a terrifying speed.

*Fwooosh!*

What I see is deep red flames coming to a sudden stop and then it revealed itself. It also wielded a sword, but it is jagged unlike Nulrex's sword. The figure had a pitch black body and the flames that was around it transformed into a dress.

"Alden, this is Ixiata. She is known as 'The Maddening Strife'." Argeizeth said. Ixiata leaned close to me and looked at me with her eyes that are the flames itself, burning effortlessly.

"I heard that you killed a hero! A hero dead just after awakening!? You got the WAR in you!" Ixiata yelled with flames roaring around her. She smiled, causing the flames to go out of her mouth.

"Yeah, I did fight in a war in my previous life and died, but war never left me." I said. "So, I better get back, I know Hyoran and others are hurting."

Meltozo blinked and opened a portal to the Material Realm again.

"Until we meet again, Alden. But as a true Undefined and before you go, I must say this." Argeizeth said.

"Yeah?" I replied.

"You are not alone." Argeizeth said. I widened my eyes, shocked from his statement.

"I'm not? But I am the only one who made it here." I said.

"Perhaps...maybe they're already here." Argeizeth said, pushing me into the portal. "Until next time, Alden."

"Wait, Argei--!" I reached out and I was sucked into the portal.

Soon, everything became a blur...

Resurrection!
