Chapter 23 - Turbulent Emotions.

They began to search for treasures in the hall.

"I found Bronze armor here"

"There are several bottles of elixirs here! It's a pity that all of them are spoilt"

Miyuki picked up a delicate soul stone "I found a soul stone."

Everyone had some harvest. Armors, Weapons, Demon Crystals, and a few other things.

Soon they gazed towards a huge stone coffin at the center of the hall.

It was three meters long and about one meter in height. The surface of the coffin was covered with mysterious incarnations.

Miyuki didn't understand what the inscription. She wanted to touch the coffin to understand its information more deeply. So, she tried to go towards it but the closer she walked repulsive force she felt also became greater. She was sure if it wasn't for her mental abilities what she would feel wouldn't just be a repulsive force.

Nie Li was easily able to pass her and stood near the coffin. She furrowed her brows.

Miyuki looked at Ziyun.

When Ye Ziyun walked over, about three meters away from the coffin, her face suddenly turned pale, and had to step back.

"What's wrong?" Nie Li asked, puzzled by Ye Ziyun's actions.

"When I got closer, I felt a splitting headache!" Ye Ziyun replied.

Miyuki tried to take another step forward. She felt Tatsuya's gaze disappear, she rapidly stepped back. She couldn't help but worry although his gaze disappeared only for a second this has never happened before. There was something here that could interfere with Tatsuya's Elemental Sight.

Although there were ways to hide information from elemental sight it was really hard to interfere with it.

She took Ziyun's hand "There is some restriction on that coffin. Let's step back."

Ziyun looked towards Nie Li with worried eyes "But Nie Li!!"

Miyuki observed Nie Li and then the stone coffin "Possibly, this restriction only works on females, not males. Anyway, he is fine we should take a distance."

Nie Li also heard Miyuki's word. Seeing them take enough distance he nodded and walked towards the coffin.

Miyuki observed Nie Li. She could feel his soul force changing. Unlike the repulsive force she felt. She could feel closer he got more the force helped him.

Suddenly, a pillar of light shot into the sky. The light began to flow on top of the stone coffin.

Nie Li's body was bombarded by the light.

"Nie Li!!!" Ziyun who saw this became worried. She wanted to go closer but Miyuki held her hand.

"Miyuki Jiemie!!" She couldn't understand why Miyuki was stopping her.

Miyuki pulled her back "Don't worry he is fine. Rather this might be his chance but if you got any closer you will get hurt."

"Jiemie is Nie Li surely fine!!!?"

Miyuki closely hugged her and patted her head reassuring her "He is fine, don't worry." She had a worried look on her face. She wasn't worried about Nie Li but Tatsuya. This pillar of light was interfering with the elemental sight she was sure of it.

Even though there were experts in Glory City none of them were able to feel Tatsuya's Elemental sight. Whoever this Kong Ming was, he was probably the greatest experts they have come across even in his death.

Probably a few minutes passed and the light started to disappear. Ziyun looked at Nie Li. He seemed fine although his skin looked a bit dry.

When Nie Li was looking inside the coffin. Miyuki didn't go forward. Whatever was inside that coffin was interfering with Tatsuya's Elemental Sight. She didn't want anything like that anywhere near her.

Finally, when Nie Li put the things in his ring, the interference lessened. Although it was slowly lessening as if that thing was calming down.

When Nie Li turned around he saw Ziyun and Miyuki standing at a distance. Looking at Ziyun's worried face he could feel the warmth spreading in his heart. Just when he was about to say something he was stunned by what happened suddenly.

Few minutes before when Tatsuya's Elemental Sight wavered.

Somewhere else.

Tatsuya was moving towards the pit in which Miyuki and others fell. At first, he followed Dark Guild to hear more information. Later as the distance between him and Miyuki increased he decided to go back.

While he was walking his Elemental sight suddenly wavered. He felt his heart wavering. He could only feel things when it was related to Miyuki. His sight never left her to the point he had assigned 50% of computing resources on Miyuki.

Even if they were thrown into this world he didn't worry about anything because Miyuki was with him. Without her, he would have gone crazy. The moment his sight wavered he started running. Even while thinking all this he was running.

He opened the System Store and looked at 12 mil coins that he had in his balance.

He bought a skill that he had seen before. It was Shunpo which cost 10 million coins. Although he bought Flying Thunder God he was only able to convert it into an inscription and make teleporters. He couldn't use it without chakra.

He skimmed through the content while running.

He started to change his footwork. Shortly his speed of running got even faster. He felt he reached the limit of just running. He pushed even further

'Shunpo'

He disappeared and appeared 100m away with his whole body covered in blood.

He kept drinking ethers to restore his soul force and using Shunpo, regrowth kept healing his injuries. In just a few minutes he was standing at the corner of the pit.

The others had already left and His Elemental Sight had started flickering. He could feel intense interference. He jumped down the pit while falling he bought Psuedo-Flight. The content of Psuedo-Flight was small but that was enough for Tatsuya. He started trying to use it but he didn't have enough soul force. Even so, he was able to slow down the momentum of his fall. He used Fixed deceleration to prevent his fall further.

Shortly he landed at the bottom. He looked at the tunnels in front of him. He could feel Miyuki's ice had melted and traps had been restored. He didn't want to deal with the traps. He directly released all his soul force. Unlike before he increased the power of Decomposition and suppressed Regrowth.

Normally he would never do that since his body will only hold for a few minutes. Right now nothing was more important for him to reach Miyuki as soon as he can.

Everywhere he passed the whole tunnels started to decompose. Every trap started to decompose. It might have barely taken him 30 seconds he reached the end of the tunnel.

Everything had already disintegrated. He hastily took back his soul force to make sure it didn't reach Miyuki. Looking at Miyuki standing there with Ziyun he finally let out a breath.

On the other side what Nie Li saw was completely different. He had just turned back the first thing he saw Ziyun but the next thing he noticed was the entrance from where they entered. To him, it looked like something had started erasing the whole thing. In a few moments, it completely disappeared. The tunnel that was just a few meters in width had completely disappeared. The only thing that was left was a huge hollow tunnel. Even the floor had been erased.

He could see someone wearing a black cloak standing right behind them. The scene looked like a disaster had come walking. In his last moments, he had even surpassed Sage Emperor. Even so, he couldn't think how was it possible for someone in Silver Rank to make this scene. This wasn't something that could be with just power. This was more than that. He felt familiar power. He couldn't help but think of how the Soul Crystal disappeared. He felt this was something similar.

As if felt his presence Miyuki turned around "Tatsu..." before she could even complete the sentence Tatsuya wrapped his arms around her.

"Miyuki" As if scared she would go away he hugged her tighter.

Miyuki closed her eyes. She when she touched him she could tell what he had gone through in the last few minutes. Her fingers combed through his hair trying to calm him down.

Miyuki could tell how badly he had been injured again and again just to get to her faster. She hugged him back tighter. Miyuki didn't know her disappearing from his sight for a few minutes will cause such big fluctuations in his emotion. Although she was upset about how much he was hurt. She was also a little happy that he loved her so much. Miyuki couldn't help but feel she wasn't a good woman.

While they were hugging Ziyun was completely stunned by what had happened. Suddenly, Tatsuya-ge appeared and started hugging Miyuki. Then she looked back where they had come from. All she could see was a giant hollow tunned. The walls, traps, and everything else had disappeared. All that was left was soil.

She knew Tatsuya-ge didn't want to talk about his powers but didn't understand why. Looking at this scene she couldn't help but feel why.

This was just absurd. She wasn't sure her grandfather could do something like this.

At this time Miyuki who was hugging Tatsuya lifted her head and gave him a long kiss.

Seeing that Ziyun's mind blanked out. She couldn't help but start blushing.

Tatsuya slowly kissed back. Seeing her, touching her, feeling her, smelling her, his turbulent emotions started to calm down.
