Safety Compromised

The training camp continues for the next couple of days, 300 extra soldiers are sent in as reinforcements to all camps due to the possibility that their request may once again be ignored due to Contal interference.

The training goes by smoothly, and all of the trainees are now able to handle the physical strain of war somewhat well. Ray has become quite proficient in the first stance of Manutheus, the defense hand, and has begun to learn the second stance, the offense hand.

The stance is similar to the defense hand, except the hand at the waist is balled up in a fist, except for the index and middle fingers which are pointed out. Mana is infused into the tip, to make an effective piercing attack.

Ray wakes up early in the morning, with a worried look on his face. 'Tomorrow we head out, but to be honest, I don't think we are anywhere near ready to leave. I guess we don't have much of a choice…'
