Loathing

"Oh shit oh shit OH SHIT!!!" Ray begins to panic realizing something is very off, he looks down and sees his hand still covered in the blood of the person he slammed through the table.

'This isn't a dream?! Everything feels so surreal, is this Veris messing with me? No... he isn't able to affect my mind, maybe Chaos...?' Ray thinks trying to grasp what is going on, "Wait! First I have to deal with this!"

Ray closes his eyes as he concentrates as much as he can, feeling his celestial force expand out of him and follow the flow of time before he begins to rapidly suck it back in while spinning it in the opposite direction, causing time itself to reverse until just before the man walked through the door.

Ray tries to go further, but he feels extremely lethargic even after this small amount of time, 'Damn... That is far more draining than it should be...'
