COUNTER

While everyone else was nodding in agreement, I was contemplating my next sentence. 

Me - " While it is true what you have found out about my past, you seemed to have neglected every other part of my childhood. " 

This mad everyone eager to hear more. 

Me - " The only reason I did not go to any Gurukul and study under a prominent Guru is because my father had turned overly protective of me after we were the only two people left of our family. 

I have grown up seeing my father manage a kingdom like an experienced ruler even after being a formidable warrior who have fought alongside our emperor on the front lines, while still making enough time to accompany me over all the small and big moments of my childhood.
