THE INCEPTION OF MAYHEM

--- **Synopsis:** In a universe where gods wage war and mortals suffer the fallout, a young boy named Aetheris Lucernas Abaddon is born into a world that neither welcomes nor understands him. His origins are shrouded in mystery, with whispers of an impossible union that defies all known laws of existence. From the moment of his birth, it was clear that Aetheris was different—something beyond comprehension. As a child, Aetheris felt the pull of ancient forces, whispers from beings older than time itself, urging him toward a destiny steeped in darkness and grandeur. With each passing year, his power grew, shaping him into a figure that could transcend the boundaries of reality. No longer merely a boy, Aetheris became a living legend, an entity that embodied both sin and salvation, hope and despair. But with this power came a relentless burden. Gods, monsters, and mortals alike demanded that Aetheris use his unimaginable strength for their purposes. They pleaded, they threatened, and they schemed, each seeking to control the force that he had become. Aetheris, however, was not one to be controlled. "I am the beginning and the end!" Aetheris declares, his voice resonating through the very fabric of the universe. "I am beyond your understanding, beyond your gods and your nightmares. The power I hold is mine alone!" As he defies those who seek to bend him to their will, the consequences of Aetheris's choices ripple across the cosmos. His actions stir entities long forgotten, and the mortal realms tremble as the line between creation and destruction blurs. Chaos spreads like wildfire, and the very universe teeters on the brink of collapse. Yet, in the midst of this cosmic upheaval, Aetheris faces a harrowing truth: in his relentless pursuit of power, he may have become the very force of chaos he once sought to escape. *The Inception of Mayhem* is the story of Aetheris Lucernas Abaddon, a tale of ambition, power, and the thin line between humanity and monstrosity. As his choices threaten to reshape the destiny of all, Aetheris must confront the darkness within and decide whether he will be the savior of his world—or its greatest downfall. ...

The Celeste Dungeon

The sky was filled with countless stars that illuminated the beauty of the darkness of this mysterious place, the darkness fully embraced the light as they both truly co-existed simultaneously and as one

"What is this place..." muttered Aetheris as he stepped out of the portal while looking above

<<Answer: The portal you passed through leads to a dungeon, therefore this place is indeed dungeon>>

"A dungeon.. like D&D.. no I can't label it as something from Earth that would be stupid

It is well known that different dimensions have different rules and laws therefore using my knowledge from Earth in this situation would be inaccurate" whispered Aetheris as he thought deeper about his situation

<<Answer: Dungeons can be classified as fallen dimensions trying to merge with the one they're connected too, dungeons vary in sizes and essence quality < em>

This dungeon is well known as the Celeste dungeon

It is detected that the Celeste dungeon will collapse with in a few hours and your presence is accelerating the process meaning the longer you are here ,the faster the disintegration>>

"What is that scent, it's so.. familiar" inquired Aetheris as he sniffed the air

The fresh scent of this place made Aetheris feel a false sense of comfort even though he didn't know why

' Perhaps it's related to the fact that Dragons are closer to nature.. well that depends on which Dragon race but this is currently just a hypothesis'

The trope of transmigrators using their knowledge from Earth or original worlds to survive in a new one didn't make sense to Aetheris because different worlds have different laws

The transmigrator is not even a genius or above average at best but some how they can recreate inventions from their original world accurately sometimes even better

"I can't rely on Novels or Anime at the end of the day these are fictional, lets use a relevant approach"

Aetheris noticed a hollow valley that released an odd Aura, it's the same Aura that kept drawing him in from the Forest

" Remiel what are these glowing pillars.. they look appetizing"

The glow of his eyes intensified as he looked at glowing small pillars sticking out of the ground, Greed..no intemperance suddenly overwhelmed him

<<Answer: The glowing pillars are known as Mineral ores< em>

Mineral ores are usually found in mines where there is an lode therefore they occur naturally

Normal weapons have poor energy conductivity therefore they have poor durability and shelf life

Mineral ores are ranked based on the amount of energy they can conduct, if a weapon has poor energy conductivity it means more Mana consumption is done by the user

Mineral ores are also used to create various equipments and crafts, they can be used to inscribe runes and circles depending on the type of ore it is

Despite having no need to eat, to you Mineral ores are a delicacy especially the ones formed from metal similar to these ones>>

Aetheris moved closer to the glowing pillars and pulled one from the ground, it was indeed slightly heavy but not too heavy,

Aetheris held the Mineral ore in his hand and without any hesitation or fear.. he took a bite,

This act of consumption did not truly concern him since he assumed it was a racial trait of Dragons

"I guess i should taste a fragment first, just because I am not used to eating rocks it doesn't mean I can afford to be ignorant in this case"

The tendency of speaking to one's self might be seen as madness or loneliness but to those who have no companions it is a way of self introspection and Aetheris is actually trying to create a bond between him and Remiel

Aetheris threw the rock fragment in his mouth and as he chewed the Mineral ore he felt nothing but ecstasy

' it's... delicious, it has no flavour on it's own but I can some how taste the energy it's self, is this perhaps related to the ergokinesis'

"Hmm I guess I should collect these mineral ores in order to study them further like the Mana stones.. I can't be here for long either"

Aetheris closed his eyes in order to enter deep concentration, he felt a flow of energy coursing through his body and out his hands, the mineral ores began to float one by one as Aetheris used ergokinesis on them and with a single thought all of them disappeared

"Well that's easier than I thought.. what is that white goo .. is that a slime" muttered Aetheris as he moved closer towards it

On the ground the fallen brobdingnagian kept moving slowly towards the North while ignoring Aetheris completely

Out of curiosity Aetheris used his index finger to poke the slime, the jelly like texture made him poke it more as it reminded him of something he likes greatly

The slime partially transformed a part of it self into a small hand in order to slap Aetheris as his actions annoyed it deeply

Children tend to mature early if they are raised in harsh environments therefore to learn how to adapt quickly Aetheris had to leave the mindset of a child and act like an adult at a very young age

This means he's indeed matured but he lacks wisdom, he has the curiosity of a child and the mentality of an adult therefore he seeks knowledge and a sense of excitement in any scenario he's in.

<<Notice: it is detected that the requirements of acquiring two abilities have been met < em>

You acquired two common abilities telekinesis and lesser teleportation

Lesser teleportation: the ability to teleport to places you have been to before or the places you have marked, the greater the distance the greater the energy consumption

This ability is greatly flawed as it carries the title lesser

Telekinesis: the ability derived from ergokinesis but it relies on your mental strength and senses..

Any ability you have can evolve endlessly depending on your efforts to evolve them>>

The moment Aetheris snapped out his trance he noticed that the slime was no longer near him but 500 metres ahead and his desire to be near the slime allowed him to subconsciously teleport near the slime without the need to chant or concentrate

"So that is what chant negation does.. I bet I can now use ergokinesis easier than before..

Where is this slime going"

The slime completely ignored him as it picked its up pace since the Aura it felt was getting stronger and stronger and out of curiosity the young dragon followed it's trail
