Awakening from his slumber

[A/N: I am not back from hiatus, I forgot to address an important issue but in the process I decided to release 3 chapters in a form of courtesy, the message is in the last chapter.. enjoy]

"TZEVAOTH!!!, he's kicking again" A woman, enshrouded in a veil of shifting cosmic patterns, cried out with an unrestrained joy as she rested her hand on her visibly rounded belly.

"HMMPPHH"

Beside her, an immense and primordial presence, whose very essence seemed to stretch beyond the limits of all known dimensions, emitted a deep, resonant sigh. His figure, an eternal enigma, cast a shadow over the expanse of existence itself, a silent witness to the boundless.

This Entity raised its palms, and countless small particles of dust formed a mountain, but in reality, these were not merely dust particles but infinite galaxies forming infinite hierarchies of Mysteries.

The Entity clenched its fists and compressed the galaxies into a small little flower that he gave the woman shyly as he quickly looked away

"HMMPPHH Tsundere" the woman chuckled as she accepted the flower and touched her stomach once more

....

"Hmmm, what was that..a dream" yawned Aetheris as he opened his eyes and saw a head with small white cat ears lying on his chest

"You couldn't even wait for me to enjoy those two seconds of silence," sighed Aetheris as he listened to Remiel; the sudden notifications of acquiring skills and other things no longer bothered him or piqued his interest since he was used to it.

"Welcome back to the land of the living, Holy son " Yawned Yuuki as she woke and slowly approached his face, Aetheris was stunned by the sudden form of intimacy but his poker face made his expression say otherwise

"How long was I sleep, what did Mother say when we returned" inquired Aetheris as quickly activated [Thought Acceleration×10]

Time began to decelerate from his perspective as his thinking process greatly accelerated, he quickly peeked at Yuuki and saw that she was only wearing a bra and underwear

however, his respect for her and himself prevented him from crossing the line such as measuring them or trying to look through them. e.t.c

"Wow, you have a great body...I kind of want to touch your abs or cuddle" Aetheris unconsciously muttered as he looked at Yuuki's abdomen, his words were not filled with lust or desire but longing and curiosity

Yuuki was stunned by his words, but she subconsciously revealed a little smile; Aetheris usually put on a face mask of deceit by putting on fake emotions like it was something innate... a way of protecting himself from getting hurt, but over time, the mask began to crumble similar to now.

"It's been 2,5 months since you have been asleep, the great priestess is... being the great priestess...So yeah" Yuuki shrugged her shoulders as she explained

Triny had been visiting Aetheris every hour every day for the past 2.5 months after Aetheris descended into his slumber to be exact 1826,4 hours straight

"Holy son... please be honest...why did you do it in such a brutal or savage manner" Yuuki questioned as her tone became firm and Authoritative but not commanding.

She did not question the reason why he killed because such things happen but she questioned the manner of his methods

This conversation would normally be about how killing takes a piece of yourself or does Aetheris have any trauma...if the manner of the slaughter was prematurely done but that's not the case

Each kill Aetheris made was precise and thoughtfully executed, Yuuki noticed the pattern of rushed but carefully thought out executions therefore both she and Triny were concerned that a seed of terror was planted and Aetheris might be addicted to slaughter as time went on

"Hahhh, to be honest, Yuuki there were many ways to apprehend those people without harming or killing them so I can't truly justify my actions

I was pissed and since my emotions are greatly heightened I am not used to being irrational....it was a moment of acting before thinking " sighed Aetheris as the memories of that night resurfaced, every scream and face of Kaleos's teammates became very clear

"If you encountered such a scenario would you kill aga.."

"Yes" Aetheris replied instantly without any hesitation

"I may handle the situation differently but I won't hesitate to kill... not all life is precious"

Yuuki slightly shivered as she heard his response; his eyes were filled with conviction and declaration, which made her shiver even more.

*Crunch~*

"Ahh~ WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!!" Exclaimed Yuuki as she suddenly felt Aetheris biting her ear, she noticed that he was also confused like her.

"I don't know... it's like a reflex action, I did it subconsciously... like I am used to it" muttered Aetheris as he looked aside with shame, he wasn't embarrassed but he was still ashamed

"Ahhhh Yuuki where are the 'Donations' of those trash bandits" inquired Aetheris with a tone of excitement, he couldn't feel the presence of his clone because it no longer had substance

[A/N: sorry for the following info dump it has to be done in order to prevent future plot holes 👍]

What Aetheris doesn't know is that although the [shadow clone] is very basic, it's different from other [Basic Cloning techniques]. For instance, a [water clone] based technique would be very different from the [shadow clone] in many different factors.

A [water clone] would have natural durability and resilience due to its nature and they require simple conditions meaning although they lack versatility, they could be used by many easily.

A [Shadow clone] is not actually related to the shadow attribute despite its name, [shadow clones] tend to be hollow upon being created but they can be modified and enhanced by the user meaning they are more versatile and they have more room for growth which is why it is a FORBIDDEN TECHNIQUE due to it's drawbacks.

"Here they are" sighed Yuuki as she took out a shoe-sized box from her storage ring and gave it to Aetheris

"All your 'Donations' and items from the Archives are in there" replied Yuuki as she suddenly vanished from Aetheris's room thus giving him space to explore his hand-earned treasures
