57. Rule the game

Once his eyes landed on his wife he gaped at her somewhat incredulous, somewhat intrigued.

"What?" Mahi asked frowning finding her husband staring at her. Her mouth was already full of food yet she picked up another piece of it with her chopstick and was on her way to stuff it into her mouth. Although it seemed like there was no place for more in her tiny mouth yet somehow she was capable of making that much space.

Avatar continued gaping at her pausing his own meal. He never saw his wife eating like this.

'' Mahi, I just wanted to tell you that no one is going to steal away your food."'

'"Of course no one would! I won't let them!" Mahi said nonchalantly.

Avatar sighed and went back to elegantly cutting his steak and gracefully placing a small bite in his mouth. After having a decent amount of dinner.

He simply placed the fork and knife on the table following all the noble manners he had been taught since young. Being done he stared at his wife who had no intention of stopping before completely emptying the plates.

Why would she stop? It's been a while, she got the opportunity to eat such sumptuous dinner in such a luxurious restaurant and that was all for free too! It's not that she didn't have money, but she is a typical stinky girl about money. And on the top of that when suddenly she have a good appetite today, due to eating mush for such a long time.

All the bills would be paid from Avatar's wallet.

Her cheeks were full of food as she quickly chewed the food and swallowed it down. And Avatar had to admit she looked quite cute. The up and down movements of her cherry red lips that presented a bright contrast to her white skin seemed so tempting that Avatar wanted to kiss her right then.

'"What are you staring at? Never seen a lady eating before."'

'"To tell the truth. I've never seen a lady eating before." He quietly added. "Like a pig."'

The woman his family had forced him to date never ate like that. They would only eat salad or drink water. They were overly concerned about the image they portrayed outside and overly obsessed with their figure. That prevented them from being themselves as they struggled to present graceful and refined manners.

Mahi glared at him. "I'm not eating like a pig. How dare you say that!" Her mouth was full of stuff.'

Avatar coughed. "Yes you are definitely eating like an ideal lady" Sarcasm manifested in his tune.

'"I'm not one of those women who would starve themselves to retain a perfect figure to climb into men's bed. So just get used to it." She said proudly but then her face dimmed, "Actually I love to eat but always I got full after some bite, but today finally I eat my heart content because I'm very hungry after eating thoes mush for months."

'"So you prefer food over beauty?"

'"That's the best policy, I tell you." She laughed.

Avatar stopped for a while to think. With little displeasure in his expressions he asked, "If you had have to choose between food and me who would you choose?"'

Mahi "..." She stared at him. Was he really asking that?'

'"Answer me."'

She sighed. After giving it a thought she said with a smile "Of course I would choose Mr. Kapoor."

"So that Mr. Kapoor can continue taking me to good restaurants and I can continue eating lots of delicious food!" Mahi said playfully.

So in the endit would still be for food. Avatar sighed dejected. When suddenly a wave of laughter echoed beside his ear.

"I'm just teasing you." She kissed his husband cheeks. "I prefer my husband over food because my husband is the best."

Kapariya Mansion.

"Dad tell me why did that bitch is still alive? Didn't you told me you have a superb plan, so that I can get my revenge as well as my Avatar." Diya ask furiously.

"Baby, I also don't know. Maybe Kapoor family shadow guards were guardian her from distance and rescue her." Mr. kapariya feel frustrated.

According to him he made a perfect plan, with very low chances of being unsuccessfull, but it still failed.

He wanted those kidnapper to kidnap her and torcher her endlessly without disturbing her face so that he can sold her in black market and he will make some other plan to marry off his daughter to Avatar.

Even if in future Mahi came to claim everything but Kapoor's will never want a daughter in law like her.

But to his bad luck, she'll still safe and sound but god knows till when kapariya's will live a graceful life because now it's Mahi's chance to rule the game which kapariya's started.

Of course Mr. Kapariya didn't know Mahi protected herself, he's still thinking that Kapoor's some how rescue her.
