Chapter 139: Unpredicted Truth

The following morning, Hatsumi went to the Help club room again to meet with Kiba. He was still alone inside since the girls were still on their morning run. Meanwhile, Akuma was instructed to rest some more so he also didn't show up in the morning.

Hatsumi entered the room and sat on the opposite chair in front of Kiba. She then stared quietly at the table for a while. Kiba waited patiently for her to talk first.

"So, um, Kiba-kun… You saw yesterday that Akinori-senpai has too many fangirls… Maybe you can now understand why it's difficult to be pursued by him… The girls get angry at me since he is focusing all his attention to me…"
