Sabrina wasn't impressed by Veronica. All she saw was a woman pretending to fit in.
Rather than give Veronica a reaction, Sabrina turned to Liam. The red tie he wore showed that Adeline did have someone on the inside to make him match her. It was frustrating to see that Veronica also wore a red dress to match Liam.
Was this spy Adeline had working for both sides? Why would they allow Veronica to leave in a red dress when Liam was meant to match with someone else?
Sabrina reached out to touch Liam's arm. "I've been trying to keep up with all the news since I came back. Are you alright?"
Liam moved his hand to get away from Sabrina's touch. "I am not the one who ended up in the hospital. It was my wife."
