They say marriage is one of the greatest joys you’ll experience in life, but what does it say about your marriage when you can’t remember a single moment with the man you married? A day later, many of the city's elite families gathered for the charity party.
"Adeline!" Sabrina loudly greeted the woman soon to be her mother-in-law.
Sabrina wore a stunning red dress which was to match the red she wanted Liam to wear.
Adeline greeted Sabrina with a hug. "Not so loud," she touched her right ear.
This was a party, not a circus.
Sabrina was a little too excited right now.
"Sorry," Sabrina apologised, tapping her mouth. "The party looks far better than it did last year. I might be so generous to donate even more than I planned to. I had to get away from my father's boring talk with your brother."
"Boring talk?" Adeline questioned, searching for her brother. It was better for Sabrina's father to speak to her. "Men," she laughed, holding Sabrina's hand for the reporters to see. "You need to have some photos taken right here. The red carpet was made just for you."
