He can copy any quirk he comes into contact with. Once the quirk is copied it will become the best version of itself. He will also gain an instinctual understanding of the quirk allowing him better control instantly. The only draw back is the number of quirks he can copy is equal to his age.

Slot One: All for one: The quirk of his father that he copied at birth. It allows him to take, store, use, or give quirks. Due to Quirk monarchs enhancement's he can even combine, separate, or alter quirks within his storage.

Slot Two: One for All: The quirk he copied from his mother when he was three. It allows him the ability to enhance his quirks. Due to the effects of quirk monarch he basically has limitless potential. His body, mind, soul, and quirks can grow many times stronger through training alone. He can even pass on weaker versions of this quirk to others and in return gains an copy of their quirk. The stronger people make their one for all the stronger his one for all gets.
