He cultivates a flower and it soon evolves to become a world tree that can protect the world from poisonous winds and rains, cleans up pollution, and causes blue skies to reappear. He trains up a huge army of bats, and nobody will dare to provoke him. Everywhere that this army goes leaves a trail of death behind. Chapter 1Doomsday World, Starting From the Camp!

"Doomsday World... I really didn't expect to transmigrate here."

This world was several times the size of earth, but it was far less prosperous than Earth. What replaced it was a desolate ruin.

The air was mixed with some dust, and acid rain was constantly eroding the earth.

Solomon sat on the wooden stool and looked at the gray sky outside the window, lost in thought.

He had no parents and relied on his own strength to become an outstanding special force soldier back on Earth.

However, fate played tricks on him. In a battle, his team was ambushed. In the end, only he survived. However, he was left with serious injuries and was forced to retire.

After that, Solomon became a live streamer to make a living. During a live broadcast in the desert, he encountered a sandstorm. The storm dragged his mortal body into it.

When he woke up, he found that he was already lying on this strange continent.

"Survival, survival, I didn't expect that I would really have to survive in this apocalyptic world."

Solomon moved his joints, and his bones made cracking sounds.

"But thanks to transmigration, the injuries caused by the huge sandstorm were weakened. So after a period of time, my body should be able to recover!"

Suddenly, a voice broke Solomon's train of thought.

"Creak!"

The wooden shack that he was in had its door open. At the same time, two furry rabbit ears poked out from the crack of the door.

Seeing this, Solomon, who had regained his senses, immediately stood up to welcome the loli who had saved his life.

"Solomon! I have good news for you!"

The person who entered was a rabbit-eared Loli. Solomon placed his index finger in front of his mouth, hinting for her not to speak too loudly. When the loli saw this, she covered her mouth and hurriedly closed the door behind her.

When Solomon had just transmigrated, his entire body was weak, and he fell onto the dry ground, unable to move his limbs. However, he secretly hid back in the camp thanks to this loli, thus saving his life.

If the people in the camp found out about Solomon's existence, they would be forced to work hard for him for the rest of their lives. They would have to do countless jobs every day. At worst, they would be beaten to death and thrown into the wilderness.

The rabbit-eared loli wiped the dust off her cute face and raised her head to stare at Solomon with her big watery eyes.

Solomon chuckled and said, "Tell me, Nicole, how is it?"

The rabbit-eared girl named Nicole excitedly opened the cloth bag she carried with her. Her small hand grabbed seven to eight snails that were about half the size of a palm and gently placed their bodies in front of Solomon.

"Solomon, your stone pressure trap is too powerful. If it were not for it, I would never have thought that I would be able to catch my prey so easily!"

Nicole took out her spoils of war as she looked up at Solomon's face from time to time, her eyes flashing with light.

"How many traps did you make?"

Solomon did not show much joy. Instead, he looked at the small wounds on Nicole's hand and slowly asked.

Nicole pouted her small mouth and lowered her head dejectedly. Then, finally, she said in a low voice, "Sigh, there was not enough time. I only made twenty..."

In the next moment, she seemed to have regained her luster. She looked at Solomon confidently and raised her voice, "Tomorrow, it is! I must do more than thirty, no, I'll try to do forty!"

Solomon heard this and smiled bitterly. He reminded her, "Don't do too much. It will attract attention. If others find out about it, it'll cause problems."

"Ah... that's true." Nicole pouted and cupped her chin with her hand, nodding her head in affirmation.

But then she thought of something. Her eyes were filled with worry as she said sadly, "But the camp is about to collect taxes from us..."

"Three days later, if I can't pay your taxes, what should I do!?"

During the time Solomon stayed in the camp, he knew about the rules. Paying taxes to the leader was one of them. Taxes in the payment of edible food was worth the most.

"Hmm... how much do I need?"

Solomon frowned slightly.

"About 30 more..."

It had been five days since Solomon had transmigrated to this world.

During this time, the bunny-eared loli Nicole's attitude toward Solomon went from being careful in the beginning to happy as Solomon used the items he brought with him for taxes, thus concealing his secret of coming to the camp.

Solomon taught her how to use the stone pressure trap, making Nicole trust and rely on him even more.

So she wanted to help Solomon pay his taxes.

"Nicole, do you have enough to pay for your tax?"

Solomon did not seem to care about paying his taxes at all as he asked Nicole.

"Mmm... I'm almost done because I paid once before. So now I'm only missing five."

Nicole lowered her voice. She was not in high spirits, like a deflated ball.

Solomon walked up and patted her soft shoulders. He smiled and comforted her. "It's okay. If I can't pay the taxes, I'll leave."

As soon as he said this, Nicole seemed to be frightened. Her delicate body trembled. She looked up at Solomon and said with a blank expression, "Solomon... what do you mean by this? Are you leaving?"

Loli Nicole clenched her small fists. She wanted to ask him to stay, but she did not know what to say.

"Yes, yes. My body is constantly recovering. In a few days, I should be able to return to normal."

Solomon stretched his muscles.

Nicole looked a little flustered. She searched through her items for a long time and seemed to have found something. She quickly said, "This... here, there is some food that I have accumulated. In addition to my hard work, I can help pay your taxes!"

A handmade wooden box appeared in her hand. After opening it, there were a few large dried snails, dried crabs, and dried fish lying inside...

"Nicole, it doesn't matter. Keep these to yourself in case you are caught off guard."

Solomon's palm gently pressed on Nicole's small hand and slowly closed the wooden box.

"Moreover, as an adult, my taxes are even stricter."

Nicole lowered her head, and her two rabbit ears drooped listlessly. Then, finally, she muttered, "There will be a way to solve this. There will definitely be..."

Solomon pursed his lips and touched her ears. Then, he said, "You weren't like this back then."

When they first met, Nicole, who had obtained some military supplies, said she would leave as soon as Solomon recovered from his injuries.

"I..."

Nicole was at a loss, and her face was slightly red.

How could she not know about this? It was just that ever since her sister left the camp to pay her taxes and never returned, she did not want to lose anyone else.

Anyone she cared about, that is.

"Oh, right!"

Nicole suddenly thought of something. She hurriedly ran to the wooden bed and dug something out from under it.

It had a snake body, antlers, eagle claws, and a few strands of beard that had not grown long!

"Is that... a dragon!?"

Solomon was stunned. He took the palm-sized creature from Nicole's hand.

At the same time, a voice sounded in his head!

"Ding! A controllable creature was detected. Bind to the Beast Master System!"

Humans had developed steam gear technology, and the islands were connected through boats. They survived by studying strange phenomena that happened all around the world. However, as the captain of a scary-looking ghost ship, Duncan was facing a huge challenge. "How the heck do I steer this ship?" Highly recommended by experienced editor: MC is transmigrated to a world mostly covered in water and far from civilization. He becomes the captain of the ghost ship, the 'Homeloss'. He steers through the fog and adventures through the broken world and the unknown deep sea. As he discovers the ruins of abandoned civilization, he would also stumble into the war between the strange phenomena and the devil gods. The story takes place in a combination of ocean and Chutly mythology world, a new and interesting background. It’s an attractive story to read due to the author’s sense of humor and mastery over the ambiance of the story. --------------- Another-style introduction: "On that day, a thick fog engulfed everything. On that day, he crossed the dense fog and faced a completely overturned and shattered world – the former order was completely gone, and peculiar phenomena dominated the endless seas beyond civilized society.
