The Inscriptor was a newly added Trade Skill in Dawn. It was a manufacturing profession based on herbs and inscriptions. For now, only Magic profession players or players with a sizeable mana pool could take up this Trade Skill. This Trade Skill could improve the player's skills and buff their skills' effects.

Not only could Inscriptors produce inscriptions, but they could also craft some special books, ornaments and even Darkmoon Cards for other players. The Inscriptor Trade Skill was very useful, and a competent Inscriptor could bring many benefits to themselves and their friends.

These were basic items that were very useful, but that didn't mean they were the most profitable.

The most profitable items for an Inscriptor were their scrolls. Even after the glyph system was introduced, Inscriptors were still able to make a living by creating scrolls.
